5 or more people lounging and standing around doing nothing, yet no one can answer a phone person to person to let one know of availability of strain listed on menu. i can call any legitamate medical dispensary and consult with a person about questions and concerns. Twice i wasted my time , gas, and effort 80 mi. round trip for nothing because this place does not have the professional courtesy to handle phone calls personally. certain strains have proven effective for my condition and not just any other works as well. This is a fact! legitamate medical pharmacies can restock their specific medicines and keep them in supply. If this is a pharmacy, then it should conduct itself as one. elsewise it appears a mockery attempt to be medicinal. Fix your phone contact system!

alright i came back after a year or so to see how things changed and.....after sitting in the waiting for for 10 min no big deal i was called back to the product room the guy just sat their and pulled out a phn or tablet idk and he said nothing until I asked a question then his response was very minimal. Now the product pulled almost every jar was unimpressed and hardly pleased , so i bought 2 different "top" strains and when i get home i Notice either mold or pm on the sugar leaf ( not trics) but for 7.50 a gram you get for what you pay for i guess

I'm very disappointed with bloom... I've never really had any problems here until now. the medicine isn't the greatest ever, but it's decent. I go whenever I'm in the area, but maybe not anymore. I just bought some flower and it was the driest bud I've ever smoked!!!! as soon as I squeezed it, it explodes into a fine powder instantly. Because it's so dry, it is also very harsh, and lacks any flavor other than dirt. I got 4 different strains too, so this want just one bad one. only the cheese has any flavor or structure left to it, but even it was obviously old, and not very potent anymore. I had to go somewhere else to get more buds later that day :( I don't know what's going on there, like I said, it's the first time. so I still have a couple grams of it left that I'm forcing myself to smoke because I don't have a lot of money to spend on meds. don't think I will drive that far again if I'm risking wasting my money.

Hands down the worst dispensary I've been to. There's only 1 thing I care about, which is quality. Terrible. I found 3 seeds in an eighth which was already packed with sticks. When I called to complain, they said it was just the nature of the business. DO NOT GO HERE.

whoever is running that place and is in charge should be ashamed of themselves I came in today to get my 50% off 8th I live in Apache Junction so I came in to try it out and when I got home the 8th I had wasn't even the flower I looked at there was barely a gram of mediocre flower and then there was two grams or two and a half grams of just bunk flower I can't believe I wasted my time my gas and everything I'm just going there to try them out they said it would be a special first purchase it ended up being a crooked deal! what they did to me is just wrong they must have special 8ths set aside that are 50% off that is two and a half grams of bunk and one gram of decent or mediocre flower No.1 Grand that was decent look nothing like the other two and a half grams totally different bigger trichomes different colored hairs tasted different a little bit moister not as dry who do you think you're fooling I thought you were in it to help patients not do crooked deals and screw us and don't honor deals that you put on your website

Bloom is the best dispenarie that I have ever been. Very friendly atmosphere and I found what helps my chronic pain the most. I would recommend Bloom in a heart beat!! I can not wait to go back there. They have a big selection of strains. Thanks a bunch Bloom S1B3

Not sure why patients are complaining about Bloom messing up their orders. They show you everything BEFORE you pay. Unless you are way over-medicated, there should be no reason the patient didn't catch it. The Sour Kush is freaking stinky and heady, and it gave me instant relief.

A big thanks to Bloom! An orderly and neat clinic, very clean and the smell made my mouth water as soon as I walked into the door. Friendly staff and a comfortable environment complimented the up to date appearance and service. If quality is a concern, the medicine speak volumes. Will be back sooner than later.

I go to Bloom quite a bit and really love it. The meds are solid, especially their sativas and sativa hybrids. LOVE their Green Crack. Also enjoy their White Zombie, White Romulan and Papaya about as much as any hybrids I've tried - tasty, great medicinal effects as advertised. Haven't been as impressed with their Pineapple Express, a strain I love but found a little rough and lacking here. The service here is the best I have found. You sometimes have to wait, but that's because they do not at all rush you and do a really thoughtful job of matching your needs with the most appropriate meds. Very solid place.

Their flower is no better than schwag. They should close the doors if they cant keep up. With everyones help we can put these frauds out of business. Sucks allot of AZ folks have not seen FIRE.

Even when they're dead they still make you wait long. On top of that they skip ALOT! Super unorganized method of serving patients. After such a long pointless wait to go see what they have in the back room, you will be disappointed. Their flower displays are crappy they show you crumbly dry weed and more than half their flowers don't even look appealing or even smell "bomb". This is my LAST resort spot. I will never be going back!

I continue to visit the bloom location as Juju always keeps me updated on the latest medicine and quality of strains. He is always friendly and makes me feel appreciated every time I visit. I really like the Blue Dream strain as it relaxes me and allows me to rest well after medication for illness

Tried to rip me off today. I've been coming here every week since opening. Never had an service like this before! Quoted me 2 different prices. The second was higher than the first, swear to god! Spoke to the manager he was cold and lacked any type of customer appreciation/service. I called and left a message for JuJu after I left. Have him call me back or my friends and I won't be coming back. I'm the best grudge holder you'll ever meet

waited just under an hour to see seven people that came after me get served before me, three of which were first time patients. I had to complain twice to the front person until he took my order, never ended up seeing the people in the back which I'm kind of thankful for because they looked like they had no joy in what they were doing... Cheap prices are one thing, but that does not excuse horrible service. It would take a lot for me to come back or recommend this place...
