I love this place more and more everytime I go in! And now they are extending their hours which makes me love this place even more!! Thank you to the wonderful staff at mint for being so friendly and helpful!

I love visiting Bloom every time I go! Their meds are amazing and of utmost quality, I am able to have my frequent spinal surgeries with using only Bloom meds for my pain. The Bloom staff is incredibly knowledgable and always knows what would be best for your affliction(s). As an added bonus I have never left Bloom without some kind of freebie too!

Big Scam! They give you a Free Pre-rolled Joint if you give them a good rating on leafly.com I was treated like a nuisance because I had to return a broken vile of vape oil I bought today. They acted like it was my fault the vile they gave me was broken. I didn't dicover it was was broken until I was half way home. They would not compensate me for having to drive back and exchange the broken vile. When I asked for better service the women started talking over me and wouldn't listen to a word I said. The other guy helping her said make sure not to leave it in the heat when he gave me a new vile (putting the blame on me) I don't stand for people trying to pass the blame. For all I know they wrote it up as my fault and kept the broken vile for themselves. Why would they treat me as a nuisance if they were in the wrong? They offered no form of an olive branch only smart ass comments as I walked out. Will I ever return to this facility. NO

Camille is by far the greatest reason to go to Bloom. She's knowledgeable, great to start a conversation with and ultimately very beautiful. Her Sour Cream was my wet dream and more! It was a very smooth high that I could still go to work on. I recommend this spot to all who don't know about it!~NWA

Great specials on Monday shake, Thursday ounce, & prices are fair. But for prepackaged products they take a long time. Lately flower has been dry, the service is okay, the setup is different.

place is the worst by far...the lack of customer service and the worst unknowable staff/tenders..of all. the wait is by far the longest i've seen...and that was for the "express lane" orders..complete joke..don't waste your time and money..i didnt even see quality flower...no real good smells coming into the place..gets worst inside..just had to walk out and had them cancel my order wich after my 3rd choice was told.." oh sorry..we are out...wow..now i see why the prices were cheap...cheap service..cheap flower...cheap everything..sad

I went to Bloom for the first time tonight. Sold! Staff was professional, felt safe when going to my car, and meds are quality. The inside is clean and organized efficiently. It is nice to have a legit place in Phoenix.
