bloom is a great place to get meds with great deals

My online order at this Phoenix location gets cancelled 90% of the time. The menu is never up-to-date. The bud quality is good, just wish they would keep their menus updated.

why give someone a discount for sorry service and poor customer service if your not gonna change the customer experience... in fact I was asked why I even the 15% off and she rolled her eyes! these guys are going down and Fast!

Bloom does a great job. I don't even think half these reviews are real. I am a regular Bloom patient. I have never waitedore than 20 mins. Even on a special day. If you feel like you need more information research the buds you want. There express ordering is awesome if you know want you want. They have made mistakes but who's perfect. I just think Bloom is Great!

Was my first time at a dispensary and after a week of doing research Bloom was my first choice from all the ratings and pricing! But OMG was it better than I expected! From the nice building, the amazing staff, and dope Quality product! The lady who helped me was very informing and helpful on my first visit! And gave me the most for my $$ bed Quality and price I've ever had! Mahalo!

Needs improvement in quality control. Great White was OK but not great tasting. Deep Sleep was moldy and foul tasting. Tried to contact via their website with no reply.

I have been a patient of Bloom Phoenix for just over two years now. I have tried many other shops and keep returning to Bloom. The prices at Bloom are unmatched anywhere in the Phoenix Metro Area. The staff are knowledgeable about the products, flower, liquids, edibles, ETC. Normal wait times at the store are less than 20 minutes from the time one enters to the time they leave the facility. Express orders are easy to complete and super fast to pickup. In event you did not order before going, you can even place an express order at the counter when checking in. I stopped by for the first 420 stop and observed a crew of employees that were always moving at a quick pace, orders were accurate, the tone and attitude was exceptional at all times. The wait was longer than normal, but when they stated one hour wait, I was still out in 25 minutes. The outside events were clean, organized, and the food was great. Everything under cover allowed for the patrons to spend time with vendors, getting additional information and mingling with other patrons. I will always return to Bloom.
