this dispo is amazing, the employees all seemed really happy and full of joy. especially Natly, she didn't make me feel pressured to hurry and gladly answered all of my questions without making me feel overwhelmed or rushed. I am definitely going back ^_^

Bloom Phoenix is always on point the bud tenders are awesome and the bud is very delicious with great deal😊

Quick summary: they have improved a lot! I stopped going last year because the bud was low quality and 10 a gram. I went back this week and the bud not only improved significantly, but dropped in price. Its not the best bud you'll find in tempe, however for the price it may be the best deal! Shatter and edibles were good too. Service was extremely quick and they've always had great customer service.

wish the 3 for 100 gems and 5 for 99 shatter deals were still here....just saying

I recently stopped in because of the "free eighth to new patients" deal.. when I arrived, it was pretty crowded and there wasn't any seating left so I stood for about 30 minutes. after that 30 minutes, I noticed people being called back to look at meds who had checked in after me. I went up to the secretary and asked what was the deal and she called the manager up front to see what was up. they apologized and got me back right away and gave me 2 free jars.. they handled it very well. when I got back to look at meds, I asked the budtender if I could pay for a $40 eighth and get the $50 eighth free for being a new patient, he said yes and I was moved out into the waiting area to get my meds. when I got up to the window, I was expecting to pay $40 but ended up paying for the $50 eighth.. it would've been helpful if the budtender was honest about prices. overall, I loved this place. for the most part they were very professional and the meds were awesome! I just wish my first experience there was a little better. I will definitely be returning for meds hopefully I don't get skipped this time:) oh yes and the express pick up is a plus! I had no idea you could order meds online and have your order ready for pick up in 15 minutes! I will be doing my order online next time:) awesome feature in a dispensary.

Overall I am a fan of blooms but on two occasions this patient has come in with her 3-4 Yo child. The child is not a patient I asked. This kid just screams at the top of her lungs. The whole time she waited. #1 im sorry but a dispensary is not a place for any child unless that is a patient. #2 When you have no choice then order online and keep the screaming out of the patient waiting area.#3 I dont think it is wrong to ask that person to wait outside, when there is such a disruption. There were literally a half a dozen people who were voicing the same opinion.

please start having grams of flower available. it sucks to have to throw 40 to $50 away on a strain just because you tried it and it sucked. coulda just bought a gram.

The visits are always great bud tenders are amazing love there energy every time. Im a frequent shopper mostly flower and shatter but this price increase on the same low quality flower is confusing. I just want to understand why would anyone be okay with paying $40 for 19% THC that we were originally paying $25 for or $15 in shake form. How is that fair to your customers? I'm cool with price increase but the quality of flower needs to increase as well instead of all the dried out product. Sad now I got to find a new dispensary ☹️

What happened to the flower ? All your selling is concentrates. i use to get the Thursday $125 an oz special, not any more. What happened? Not making enough money on flower with your latest price increase?

I’m a careful shopper. I don’t like to over spend and I don’t like dried out MJ pebbles. I could bore you with little details but I’ll cut to the conclusion. I’ve visited a fair number of area dispensaries and I keep coming back to Bloom. I can’t say the same for the vast majority of the other dispensaries. It comes down to the combo of good to great products offered at a fair price. One other item of note, Bloom keeps things simple. No goofy pricing or multiple promos that overlap/cancel/etc each other. Good product. Good people. Consistent and friendly. Now, if they could just do something about that 40 mile round trip that I have to make from Chandler 😄

The quality and customer service has really gone down. I have never had so many seeds, unless I got Reggie on the street. It smelled like it as well. We're called patients, but nobody at this location doesn't know how to listen. No dignity.

I truly appreciate the variety this location offers. However, each time I have visited I have endured poor customer service from the employees. Multiple employees were quite rude and passive-aggressive when retrieving my pickup orders. I would like to be a regular client due to their products but I do not enjoy interacting with the employees.
