Bloom has been around for a bit longer than some and it shows. I love how quickly you can get in and out. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 20 minutes to order here. I also like that you can just order up front for quicker service. One other thing about Bloom that should be noted is their pricing, always phenomenal, lets daily deals!

Absolutely fantastic! This place has the best prices for the highest quality bud. Supreme service to go with it. Will definitely be returning, and highly recommend it.

The people in the front reception and check out were friendly and nice but the budtender I had was kind of rude and pushy, the prices are good for the quality they offer though which is all that matters to me.

I rarely go here because the customer service is so bad, the bud tenders are fine but the folks checking you out are just rude. Nobody explains the process and then they get irritated if you don't know what you're doing. I went there Saturday because I mistakenly thought the birthday preroll offer was from Bloom. When I went in, the girl said "We don't do anything for birthdays." That's pretty much all she said to me.

Overall the shop was nice however the tender didn't show me anything but the sale buds. When I looked around there was a fair selection of edibles and flower. I did select a 200$ oz of king Louis/gsc thinking it would have the kick of the cookie and the mellowness of the Louis; however disappointment struck like Marie Antoinette and all I could think of was heads rolling cause I could not eat cake but as I saw seed after premature seed fall out of what look like a hemaphrodite flower, i kept trying accept this disappointment. The smell was there the taste was ok and then the headaches rolled in. I am very disappointed but in the end I guess you get what you pay for.

I love Bloom a lot. Ive pretty much only been going to Bloom for an entire year. But lately what I bring home has not been up to Blooms usual quality. Maybe Ive been getting the last of some flower but its not been as strong or looked/smelled as good as before (kind of dry now? has that dry smell and is kinda harsh). I got Golden Goat, East Coast Alien, and King Louis XIII. Ive gotten these before and theyve been by far my favorite but like I said the last few times the flower hasnt been as good. Im a little worried cuz I do love this place and want to keep coming here but I cant if this is going to keep happening..

Great little spot! Although I'm not a huge fan of the neighborhood, the folks inside are nice as can be and fairly knowledgeable! I've heard many mixed things about Bloom, but now I know for myself and I pretty much gotta tell everyone that Bloom really is a great place for your bud! ESPECIALLY when you pay attention to their weekly specials. I'll also say they're pretty fast, with a waiting room, browsing room, and check-out room, something I feel is pretty nifty!

I used to be pretty faithful to Harvest, although their strains don't seem to be as potent as their labels say they're supposed to be. I found that Blooms flower is actually labeled correctly and it's always fire. So basically I won't be going back to Harvest.

Worst dispensary in Phoenix. The people that shop here have no eye for quality, and if they act like they do it's because they don't know any better. No one can use this terrible quality flower for relief; it's always dry, scentless, and potency is a joke. You get what you pay for people, if you're looking for quality product then this is not the place I'd recommend to my worst enemy (if I had one). Go anywhere else and you'll have made a better decision, and end up with less buyers' remorse. Be wary of eighth only strains, they're trying to get rid of them and if you bought a single gram you'd probably throw it away and never look back and they'd be stuck with it forever. Occasionally there will be a not terrible strain, but it's never consistent and I don't like playing roulette with something this important to me. Vaping anything from this dispensary produces minimal vapor compared to plumes from other dispensaries' flower. Example: Blueberry Muffin (labeled Berry (Blue) Muffin on packaging), worst weed I've ever encountered... it's useless, and of course was available in eighths only. Were this place not the closest and cheapest open late dispensary, I'd have never gone after the first visit and I really try not to unless I have no choice. To each their own, I suppose, but if you go elsewhere you'll see the difference immediately.

Good prices, good quality, mediocre service. $200 oz on Thursday is a great deal. Still my go-to dispensary and recommended if you're in the area.

NO social distancing whatsoever!!! Everyone is on top of each other inside the tiny (kitchen sized) waiting roo(where u pay for ur weed. Security guards telling ppl to sit within an inch of other people. Nobody wearing masks either. Great way to catch covid or delta varient. Bloom phx has a Super spreader situation for sure!

I love everything about the Bloom Dispensary, the rewards program, the friendly staff, great general vibe when you walk in, online ordering is a breeze for people to get in and get out, or you can walk in and actually talk to the Budtenders and ask whatever questions you have about what you are purchasing or would like to purchase before buying. Great recommendations from the Budtenders and great enthusiastic Vibes. Very uplifting. Great daily deals and decent prices on all products. All in all, this is probably the greatest dispensary. why the hell would anyone go to another dispensary? I would definitely recommend this dispensary to everyone!!

I was told that Bloom is switching to Curaleaf, therefore in the middle of switching systems. So, it took about an hour last night to get my online order at the store, which almost never happens. I had no problem waiting because I got 1 oz of weed at 26% THC for $90. It's a great deal and I was thankful that everyone that worked there was nice and accommodating.

I live near 4 dispensaries and this one is the furthest away of them and I still choose them every time. Best prices and nicest people.

Wow! I just found out that it's no longer Bloom! And today was the first time I came in since the change over! How very disappointing! What customer service? How about the lack of! I felt so disrespected and if it wasn't already late I would have just went to another place! I will never go back to any of the Curaleaf stores in the valley because all of the workers are rude! I have had the worst experience ever at this location! I didn't know that you are just supposed to just walk in? What happened to checking in? And nobody greeted me. And the lady who helped me didn't help me! She just really disrespected me and told me what she thinks I should smoke! Bull crap! Like they care about my review anyways! But I bet I will never spend my hard earned money with them or any of their locations! I will let all of my friends and family know not to go to any of your locations either! Time to boycott Curaleaf!

Once again, completely impressed by the fact that I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thursday ounce special is the best deal in town and worth the drive in from the East Valley. Danielle, you are awesome! Always friendly and efficient.
