this location continues to change up their game, for the better! i no longer gonto any other dispensories. the budtenders are all great! kevin, however, is still the best there is. he always knows the answers toball my lame questions amd always picks the good stuff for me, when i cant decide what i want. haha

This dispensary is very interesting it always seems to be packed but the staff get you in and out in a very timely manner. The staff is super friendly especially Iree ( my apologies if I misspelled the name ) he if very friendly and helped me understand the concept of many things that were unclear to me and was very interested in what I had to say I would recommend this location just because of his attitude toward the patients. Every staff members here feel like they are working just for me and it's a great feeling, I highly suggest this reef because if the device doesn't make you wanna come in then the flower and wax should because it is some of the best in Mesa.

Becoming very disappointed with reef. Because everything is prepackaged, they never seem to have what I want. The menus are NOT updated. For instance, lobby had Gorilla Glue on the menu, but out of stock. Wanted a quarter of Mother OG, but left with 7 -1 gram jars, instead. On my prior visit, wanted 2 half ounces, and ended up with 20 jars. I like the whole jar scene, I feel like I'm visiting an old school dealer, rather than a professional business. The hours are tops, but it adds little value if the meds are limited. When meds are in stock, they are of Superior Quality. The person who referred me never received free preroll. While she didn't ask, she shouldn't have to, if I put it on my paperwork. I'll probably try again, so I'll mark this as Will Return Again. But I won't refer a friend. Availability of what I want could decrease.

location was great, very clean an well set up. All the products were out to were you can clearly see them. BUT the red head behind the glass helping patients lacks anytime of personality an has a shit attitude to put it simple. atleast pretend you want to be there! over all good spot to get meds, just don't expect them to be happy to help haha. The front desk person was really nice an had great customer service

All the stuff is always very friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed and always get whatever questions I have answered perfectly. Monica helped me this last time and she was great.

The First visit was all right I suppose quick In-N-Out while they take my money. go home and try product and it is absolutely terrible. The flavor is awful and tastes like mold. So I bring it back less than 24 hours later to be told well we only take products back if it’s defective.….. moldy flavor in a consumable product would be considered defective to me, but I guess I’m not the expert. Long story short just take 50 bucks and throw it in the garbage can don’t bother asking them to make it right

If you haven't been to a bunch of dispensaries then I can understand the higher reviews , my experience was very poor at best , awkward waiting room with a big TV that doesn't work , bus station seating , receptionist took my card but failed to let me know about anything including the express window , waited 10 minutes and bailed , so many better places than this.
