Their poster hours of operation is all over the place and inconsistent. The best feature was their online ordering, but that seems to be no longer available. Good luck trying to call to place an order. Poor experience all around.

I've been shopping here for a tear and a half. They have great special but always call because you can never count on them having ANYTHING in stock. Also their employees are inconsistent and rude.

the promo is buy 2 get 2 free sublime but theres no sublime flower on the menu. make sure the product is available before advertising any promo to avoid misleading customers

Lackadaisical bud-tenders with no knowledge other than 'what people are buying,' pre-packed flowers, no courtesy - no concern for my needs or preferences...I wouldn't be writing this if this wasn't the third (and last) time I've tried them...thumbs down...x3

I always go there and it's gotten better,just don't see no reason why we get in 3 different lines then put into one inside. Online orders should be to one window,but they'll come along.

Placed an online order, received a text indicating it was being processed and I should wait for another text. Six hours later I contacted them and she said they were overwhelmed and the computer program doesn't work. SO MUCH TIME WASTED. She said don't order online just come down and wait...... Really? You couldn't just say that in the text?? Thanks for jerking me around and ruining our evening with your lameness. SHOP ELSWHERE!!

I don't understand why there are no chairs anymore. You can sit down in a restaurant , but not a marijuana dispensary. A lot of people do have disabilities . Just curious when the standing in line like a bunch of sheep is going to end.
