I showed up early to get a deal on carts they’re supposed to open at 9 am it is 9:40 they have not opened the doors

I dislike that you are you are unable to order online for pick up. With a line 70 people deep outside their door it’s frustrating not being able to get meds without waiting for an unknown amount of time.

I am a loyal "bloomer" and am usualy very happy with the quality of the produts. However this last time I decided to buy some shake and was very dispointed in the potency and materials. Very weak and mostly trim. I have bought shake here in the past and it was nice flower, guess that has changed. So heads up, it's not as good of a deal as it sounds at 3g for $15.

overall great. i dont remember seeing chairs for people to sit in. should be some for elders. 😊

i just went here for the first time as they were running a $65/oz promotion. the employees decided to charge me $85 instead and tried giving me lv instead of the lilac i had ordered. super unhelpful and unprofessional would not return

They have no dedicated lines for med patients or for people who ordered online. One of the only places in Tucson that doesn’t. If you don’t have 30 minutes to wait, go somewhere else.

I am writing to say it is extremely irritating that I woke up early to stand in line for 1 hr just to make sure I was there for the Black Friday Stiizy deal and come to find out you were sold out days before black Friday. Leaving that deal on your Website days after you are out of stock feels like a Bait amd Switch. I have been in marketing and customer service for 17 years and feel this only is this very unprofessional but goes against business ethics! I would suggest pulling products off the shelves before a big Holiday Sale to ensure you are not advertising sales that are not even available!

The dispensary is very misleading. I ordered online and received products I did not order. When I called to say the items I received were drastically lower in THC levels than the ones I chose, I was asked for my number and email and they would correct the mistake. That was four months ago with no contact from Curaleaf. I'm a rewards member as well so I was looking forward to the $10 for my birthday which I never received. This dispensary is very misleading and untruthful in business. Would recommend that anyone shop elsewhere and make this place a last resort. If that.

I almost had a seizure from a anxiety attack because the ratio of medical patients to recreational was 9 rec for every 1 medical patient being attended . Then deal of the day was 42%off for medical and only received 10 %. Staff was extremely rood and erragant but some how still smile in your face while doing it.look like they don't want to work .Overall was my favorite place to go but after being treated like a bumb criminal and being ripped off I will never go their again

Yes I am a medical card holder and if you look me up you will see I spend a lot of money there. You need to have a medical window for medical only going all the time not with the other lines. You used to do that, now medical on line is s really any on line order can be in that line. Right now I’m going home with nothing because there is to big a line.😞
