Very helpful staff and very knowledgeable about the strains and products that they carry also very clean

The flower always has trim left on it. Did an online order and still got stuck in one line behind the people that were walk ins. There tenders always trying to pass sativa strains as indica. Don’t know if they don’t know or just trying to make a sale.

I dislike that you are you are unable to order online for pick up. With a line 70 people deep outside their door it’s frustrating not being able to get meds without waiting for an unknown amount of time.

Everything is prepackaged, and the quality is subpar. Plus your charged sales tax, so all prices aren’t as they seem.

the budtender that took my orders was very rude. the first night i asked her if she had any better looking flower and she started rolling her eyes and was very rude other then that good prices and usually decent quality

Security Guard was super helpful, as well as for being a 1st time patient it was all pretty fast and easy I told the 1st lady what I wanted and she simply when back and got it for me I didn’t have to wait long at all, good experience for the most part and great flower for the pricing

I've been shopping here for a tear and a half. They have great special but always call because you can never count on them having ANYTHING in stock. Also their employees are inconsistent and rude.

Just about ruined my 7/10. Security guard shook me down and threatened me when I entered. Jose Gonzalez was either really stoned (like, too high for work by even a weed store standards) or purposely incompetent. the store cleared no less than three times while he tried to complete my very simple order while completely ignoring me. I witnessed the security guard harass other people while other cashiers moved through customers with ease. Also, their concentrates, the Echo line, has seriously declined since rec. The whole place is a garbage hole since the shift to rec. Not worth even shopping deals. Drive up to Mesa, The Good Dispensary. Good people, good prices

I always go there and it's gotten better,just don't see no reason why we get in 3 different lines then put into one inside. Online orders should be to one window,but they'll come along.

I would like to give them a higher rating, I really would. The prices are not the lowest but they are reasonable and the staff are quite nice. But they have a rule -- leave your friends out in the parking lot, in the sun, in the car, on the sidewalk -- you must have a MMJ card to enter the reception area. There is a security guard to enforce that policy. A security guard to make sure your friends stay in the car when it's 108 degrees outside. And the fact is they are the ONLY dispensary I've been to in Tucson that doesn't allow the people with you to come in. In fact at a different dispensary a woman and her guy and her four young children under 8 all came in and waited. It looked like a pediatrician's office. So I know this is an optional policy it us not required by law. I will occasionally buy here if they have something I really want, but less than mile away is a much nicer facility with a very large and well appointed and most of all WELCOMING waiting area for me and my friends.
