I have been going to Curaleaf since I got my medical card 2 years ago. I must say they have stepped up their game in Florida, especially with adding shatter to their product menu!!! As soon as flower gets to be the quality that I'm used to, I'll change this to 5 stars, but for now, keep it up Curaleaf. You are awesome!!! Thanks to Dallas for always taking great care of me and being so knowledgeable!!!

I came here my first time when I got my card renewed and they had a promotion for 40% and the guy behind the desk at the time said I can save my first time 50% discount for future orders, came here again when the discount was 40% off everything and asked the person in the front and the person that I bought it from if my 50% is still active and they both assured me I can keep saving it then I came up here today also the 40% discount and I asked two new looking bozo guys and they said it’s only for your second time here. And they had to look in the computer and ask other people took 10+ minutes. So all in all I got my 50% discount scammed from me so be careful and make sure you use your renewal discount

My favorite place to buy my goodies! the whole entire staff are so kind, informative, and very friendly. The products are great. The atmosphere is fun, yet chill. I've been here a million times in the past two years! Love Curaleaf <3

Just moved to this area and have been a mmj patient in 2 states since 2018. This is hands down the Worst dispensary I have ever had experience with which is disappointing b/c Curaleaf was my primary dispensary in Ocala. I have had 3 strokes and central pain syndrome. I use mmj to take the edge off the pain as I do not wish to take opioids. After the strokes my license was medically pulled b/c my vision was affected so I can’t drive I placed my order for delivery with a delivery of yesterday. When I got a text asking me to pickup I called and a gentleman's assisted me to fix in the system to be delivered today. I just called again to follow up as I usually get a text with delivery info. The woman who took my call was completely cold, not empathetic to my situation and said she was getting uncomfortable and ended the call without providing a solution b/c of her discomfort. I’m actually in physical pain, am frustrated and probably did a project both a bit but not that much. She was emotionally uncomfortable and completely disregarded the fact that I am in actual pain. That is terrible patient care and customer service. Worst dispensary experience I have ever experienced.
