Curaleaf - Carle Place

I am happy that a place finally came close enough to the house and even with the covid restrictions they have been open and able to help with getting the medicine that people need. Only thing I am unhappy with is them taking back something that was ordered by mistake. Otherwise this place is a great place to get the medical marijuana that you need.

They advertised something on there app with the wrong thc levels… do you know they actually refused to return it or let me switch it out with a different flower… the advertised bud 32% what I was given 16%…. Finally days later they tell me to bring it in but I was treated like garbage for someone who’s an “elite” member I don’t feel very elite I actually feel scammed I’d expect that on the street but not a dispensary.. the overall customer service is terrible here but they do have a large selection… that’s about the only thing going for it…

Curaleaf products have been helping me day to day. The edibles have been so good with helping me get a relaxed and restful sleep. The slim capes are so easy on the go and be used whenever needed. I recommend you trying their line. They have really nice over the phone customer service and are patient when speaking with you.

Absolutely love this dispensary! The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. The curbside pick up is quick and convenient. Order online, get a text message that the order is ready, reply to the text that you’re on your way to pick up the order, pull up, check in with the representative that comes out within usually a few seconds of pulling up, they take your information and run in to get your order, then bring it back out to you with your change and documents.

The gentleman Anthony at reception was very helpful over the phone. He took time that I knew was valuable to go over everything with me and explain the process and when I came in was excited to see me there and got up to help me in he was very kind. while waiting in reception I noticed he would offer patients drinks and answer any questions other patients had while signing people in.He explained the whole process of what would be involved in the consultation and made me feel more comfortable. All around the staff is amazing and so are the products I highly recommend curaleaf Carle Place!

My favorite dispensary hands-down. Their delivery gets full fast, so be prepared to order a couple of weeks out from when you need something -- but they have good sales, decent prices, and a good variety of products. And now I'm hearing that flower is back??? Incredible.

I have only ever done curbside pickup from this place a few times and haven’t gone inside but so far I love this place! The employees are really friendly and helpful. I only had one issue once and they were quit to correct it. There was a mix up once and I received a vm stating I was never a patient and there was no record so they cancelled my online order, I called and spoke to another employee. He apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a discount for my troubles. Everything I have tried has been really top quality and has helped me incredible amounts. One woman I spoke to recommended different things for while I was at work (can’t be high at work!) vs at home. With all my health issues, she explained what types would work for different types of pain and what I should be using daily. I went from having trouble functioning to passing off as a non chronically ill person now!

Staff was very friendly and explained whatever I wanted to my satisfaction. Product was higher quality as well.

Fast service, Good communication, Overall experience satisfied! This place can use more employees in their facility and a bigger parking lot.

I live on the east end of Long Island, and I have the choice of going to a reservation to buy cannabis products, and there are also a couple of medical dispensaries that are closer to where I live. But c u r a l e a f is well worth the drive each time. Every time I go to this dispensary, they have different flavors, they have great sales, and the staff are always helpful. They are by far the best dispensary that I have been to in Long island. And they always have new items.

The flower is back and it’s very good. Although it’s not in its original form it’s easier to use. The vapes and tinctures are effective as well. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, making it a breeze to get meds. Vin
