I was just in there like an hour and a half ago buying a CBD pen for the first time. I’ve purchased tinctures from them before, but I was looking for something new to try. Karlie helped me out and she was just incredible. So knowledgeable and kind. For as long as we live in Oregon, I’ll never go to a different dispensary. The prices here are amazing and you can’t beat the huge selection and amazing customer service.

The employee's are always very pleasant and greet you with a smile. I purchase online so don't interact during the selection process. Have been happy with product, except the last time. Flower was very dry, and didn't have a good look. Every other time it's been very satisfactory

I love DRC it is the only place I shop. But for the first time since I started shopping there ( about 2 years ago) I had a disappointing experience. I frequently purchase pre rolls and I came in on Sunday July 5th. Selection was really limited for THC varieties which I totally understand with the holiday, but there was a jar on the shelf with one purple punch pre roll left in it. As they began to ring it up the guy asked the woman he was working with what to do because when he tried to ring it up, it wasn't in the system. The woman said if it was the last one, they couldn't sell it! I found this situation frustrating and wasn't offered anything. No apology, and the only other one they had ( that I did purchase ) in my opinion wasn't comparable at all, although the female employee said it was. I just kinda left perturbed and I hope it doesn't happen again. But for the record, all my other experiences there have been great. Thank you

Deep Roots is an easy to find and accessible store that has a huge selection of cannabis products and merch. Whether you prefer a pre-roll, flower or an edibles there is something for everyone. Even if you aren't sure what you want/need they are certainly happy to help you explore the possibilities. I am an edibles person who prefers specific brands as they tend to be consistent in quality and predictable highs. Rarely do I find they are out of stock but if they are they're knowledgeable enough to recommend something similar. Atmosphere is welcoming and spacious - no cramped, back alley pot shop feels here! Definitely worth popping in and getting your groove on =]

Great staff-so helpful and cool. Excellent quality of product. Just wish there was more variety esp. of cbd. But I pass up a dozen other shops to get to Deep Roots which says it all, huh?

This place always has very high quality flower, some of which you won't find anywhere else. Decent prices. Service has not always been the best, but at times it's been great. I'll definitely keep coming and recommend to others.

cool place, nice selection, good prices, worst customer service I've had all year. stood around for 5 minutes with no greeting or help in an empty store with two employees until I asked where the edibles where and received a finger point in the general direction.

The people are very friendly and helpful. LOVE the atmosphere! Number one of the few dispensaries I will go to. Christopher is a great help at finding me just what I want. I highly recommend Deep Roots!

I am a new cannabis user and am normally intimidated by large dispensaries. I was helped by Christopher and had a great experience - he was very knowledgable about the products, made some great recommendations of new product for me to try and seemed really excited to help me out. Deep roots has a huge selection, I am looking forward to going back and trying more new products. It was a great experience.

I’ve been to numerous dispensaries and this one is top notch! From the products to the staff and atmosphere, this is my favorite and ONLY place I get my meds in Oregon. If you’re looking for top shelf flower and quality concentraties, you have to check Deep Roots Cannabis out.

I visited a few weeks ago, new to Cannabis & full of questions. Christopher was a warm personality & patiently tended to me for nearly a half-hour, explaining the pros & cons of each mode of ingestion for my particular needs. He explained terpenes, the differences in quality, and gave me the information to really empower & make me feel comfortable micro-dosing for myself, as well as made me feel a little (a lot) smarter in a dispensary environment. I got a water pipe & flower, a vaporizer & cartridge, salted caramels, an RSO, and am very happy with each recommendation. Ive since visited other dispensaries just to experience them, and just as we all have our “favorite mechanic”, Christopher will be my go-to bud tender.

Came in a week ago and was thrilled to see knowledgable friendly staff. They were super helpful, well educated in cannabis, and just nice people to converse with. The shop offers some great specials and the prices are very reasonable. Definately the best shop I've shopped in!

Jon helped answer all my questions and recommended some great items. Was also really impressed with the interior of the store. Will be going back for sure.
