The one time I went to this club I asked for half gram of their best water and half gram of their best Bho. Costed me $78 with tax when I got home it was such garbage I had to throw it away I never went back what a joke this club is😐

I have gone to this dispensary alot despite the negative reviews. Only to be treated like crap everytime. I live out of town soi called in my order. I would get there get my order and be missing items container but nothing in it. They made it right but made me feel like I lied. Then I go to them today. Good attitude everything went well, until I realized I didn't get my license back. I called and they said they gave it back. but I put it back in my phone case always the tone through the phone from the employees was awful. I continued to search no luck so I call again and ask if maybe it fell if they mind looking. the man who answered was really nice but when he said my name again they again started to yell that I called already and it was not there. I deal with customers on a daily basis also and if I was to act like they do I wouldn't have a job. You guys just lost a customer im so done with it.

Unfortunately, I had to drive 9 extra miles to a common sense dispensary. I was turned away at this location 6/1, as a new patient. I explained that even though my card was expired yesterday, 5/31, my renewal was approved and shows up as good through 2020. When you swipe my card, it shows GREEN; this means that I am OK to purchase until my new card arrives. Fortunately for me, another dispensary 9 miles away understands the law and how to read a screen. Disappointed and won't return, even when my new card arrives. I'll drive the extra 9 miles as a new loyal customer elsewhere.

First time there. It was awesome Chauncey helped me out and was on point. Great herb ill be back next week!

How are these people still in business? They are rude. I am serious, I have never walked into a place with ruder staff. I have actually wanted to fist fight one of their "men" as he triggered my PTSD, but thankfully I was medicated with THC I got from another Collective. They have no worth while specials. They have average at best products. Every product they have is more expensive than at any other dispensary once deals are factored in, and many times without deals at all the other dispensaries still have lower prices. This is what American Government Regulated Capitalism brings! Greed! You grow this plant, it cost almost nothing to do so, and this is how you choose to serve people with CANCER! Please, go out of business, I really cannot wait.

Great atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Meds are quality and tested for pesticides along with THC/CBD percentages. Got to see product under a high powered microscope. Great stuff, I'll be back for more. Hash pens are a must try too. Check this place out!

How have the only and same three strains been on the menu the last several months? These guys arent even trying anymore. With this type of menu they could cut down on overhead and have one person run all operations. Security included.

Attitude, unfriendly, short on 1/8s, stems and leaves. Not once but many times.

I know you guys are trying to catch up but your pricing is not competitive. Start doing a real $10 special or sell concentrates at a competitive price. I can get a gram of strong and clean shatter for almost half your price.

As an official fist time patient as of 5/'17 the staff here were very nice, knowledgeable, and caring. They care about their medicine, and that it works for an individuals need. I myself have a disability that caused spasms, muscle pain, stiffness, etc. I have been pain free for the first time in many years, and I have these guys to thank for that!

Desert Bloom is our absolute favorite dispensary in Tucson, hands down. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences there. DBRC has friendly and knowledgeable staff, a laid-back vibe, daily deals, a great selection, and an lovely, positive atmosphere. We've visited a number of dispensaries in town, and always choose Desert Bloom!

I loved the "Throw Back" waiting room, with murals, multicolored couches, and the obligatory 1,000 Lb. Rock Buddha. There was vitually no wait, and My Bud Tender ("Lui Ocho") took great care of me. I decided to choose Chocolate Orange (an Indica Dom.), which looked fabulous. If you get the chance, try this place out. I can't wait to return!(PhatTommy Says).

This is my absolute favorite Tucson dispensary. They have a grow room that is sometimes on display. They pretty much only sell what they grow and produce themselves. Down to earth and enjoy spending the time teaching you about the different medication types. I have yet to do this but they told me You can call ahead and they will set up their press and make you fresh dabs from flower you pick out there.

Very knowledgeable staff. comfortable waiting area and the order window is pretty quick if you aren't waiting to go back and discuss options.They also offer a variety of daily specials.

my budtender was great and very knowledgeable but it was my first time there so I can't really say just yet but I got some sun grown purple urple and another indica that I thought was called guava D. so far they're hitting pretty darn good but I still want to go back and try it there ingrown stuff it looked amazing.

Omg it is so hard to get a hold of them to place an order you have to call a bunch of times to possibly get an answer they never have what I need now! Week 3 I stopped trying last week and today I remembered why... so disappointed in them! Some of the employees are very cool but again... so disappointed makes me not wanna go there no more

They don't answer the phone or update their menu and they keep changing their deals to benefit themselves and screw over the customer yet they want to blame the customers for not shopping there. Also added taxes a while ago and they just raised them again. Would not recommend

Desert Bloom is hit-or-miss as far as flower is concerned...what may look really good on the outside is hermed-out on the inside! that is contaminated medication and if it was regulated like Colorado it would never make it to the shelf! the best strain they have is their blue dream it is the most consistent.
