Against my better judgement I decided to purchase Desert Bloom Releaf Center's shady house brand THC Vape Cartridges and it's clear the cartridge has been used and tamptered with. At first noticed all the oil in the cartridge was pulled to the top away from the vents and then when giving it a test pull I'm shocked to be greeted with a mystery fluid waiting in the mouth piece of the cartridge. After thinking "ew wtf?" and choking back my disgust I noticed the cartridge's strange color, horrible smell, and taste. When calling and asking about their return policy the lady on the phone told me that there was no return policy, as well as no quality assurance. This place was the worst! I come to Tucson from far away once a month and I like to buy the prepacks because they are budget friendly. This time I order three prepacks, only come to find out the “new” policy doesn’t let me buy three prepacks at once. The state says I can buy a certain amount and this stupid dispensary wouldn’t even give me half that amount I’m allowed! They told me to drive back the next day which would have costed me four hours of my time and about 200 miles!!! I tried to explain I’m sick and that the let me order it and they still would let me purchase what I had ordered on the phone once there. Needless to mention, the quality is not consistent. Will not go back when earths healing has hundred dollar oz without tax which desert bloom recently started charging with no notice to me!

I've shopped here before and always liked the product, but today - May 14, 2020 during the Covid-19 pandamic - I was shocked to see that nobody on staff was wearing a mask and there are no social distancing measures in place. There is no effort whatsoever to keep their patients (many of us immune compromised) safe. Other dispensaries in town have had strong protections in place for weeks. So disappointing.

Do you have a new grower or process because it seems like your flower has stepped up a notch. Stopped by to get a few specific flower strains and they were sold out but the dbloom website and leafly said otherwise. Some strains you have are impossible to find any info about online and your website only says stuff like "Hybrid Flower". When I asked about one of these unknown strains the budtender said he didn't know and that is fine but typically other budtenders at that point went and got that info for me. I'm an introvert and try to minimize going out and talking to people so just simple things like more training for hipster beard guy, keeping your websites up to date and putting just a little bit more info about strains (testing info huge +) would be nice - thank you

Their products are disgusting, the staff are rude, nasty, and just there to play with weed, they have no idea what they are talking about! The specials are an absolute joke! They do NOT care about the patients at all, only the all mighty dollar! I wish this place would get shut down so they can stop ripping patients off! RUN SO FAR AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Every time I go to desert bloom, there is an issue. Whether they are out of their sugar wax (which for SOME reason they only sell wax in 2 gram portions to make their pockets fatter. And slowly they keep rising the price of their wax more and more over that past year.), short in bud tenders (which they always are, never having more than 3 people to help every 20 people), or they don’t even have a simple call in order because it disappeared. The workers are nice but management could care less to try to improve and evolve as a licensed marijuana seller. If you want to be successful and make MORE money (since that’s your priority), then you have to INVEST IN YOUR BUSINESS TO MAKE IT BETTER. Told myself so many times not to go back but hopefully this is the last.

I can't believe this place calls itself a med dispensary. No proper check in, but above that....the quality of the concentrates is absolute garbage especially for the price they're charging. completely disappointed

1st time Ive ever felt out of place I came in for the supersized 8th of og diesel and gave me only 7grams went in to confront them about their email and the young lady snobby like attitude said "oh we dont double discount" I told her I got it before and again with the attitude "you must of got a great deal they leave it up to us to let you know we dont double dicount have a good" wow just wow june 3rd through the 6th supersized eighth on what they tell you...🤡

#1 for me! Andrew served me this time and again I was very pleased. Even the sun grown bud is dank and soft. Ill never go back to Bloom again! Releaf is my spot!

They have good bud, but literally called 26 times within every couple mins like they even asked an didn’t answer and I’m a pretty much every other day regular that makes them money,can u guys please look into answering the phones Better, every one knows u do it intentionally, even if u aren’t no body can read minds!! SPEAK UP AND SAY HOLD!
