For a newbie like me, this place was awesome! Friendly, very knowledgeable staff (shout out to Elias A.)!! I didn't feel like an idiot because of my lack of knowledge - I don't think I could have been treated any better! :)
I love that I can order online and pick up in store or curbside! And the pick up is always so fast. As a medical patient, I can't tell you how much I appreciate that!
I really enjoy Earthmed as they have the best and friendliest staff. My advice to others is please be patient as it’s not the workers fault when lines are long. My only suggestion would be to maybe use 2 windows for Leafly pickup and 2 windows for walk in customers.
Environment and atmosphere here is amazing. All the budtenders always ensure you are being helped and always answer any question you may have. There is no rush to get you out. Love it here !
This place appears to have no desire to make a lasting dispensary. The inside feels like a bank, the “menu” is a crappy piece of paper (hit me up for some graphic design needs), and there is no such thing as costumer service here.
I emailed because I got a faulty product which caused me to not know how to use it. The website said to email if you need help, yet their response from Mike Perez was rude and offered zero help.
Way better dispensaries available who are actually putting in the effort
Earthmed is my wellness haven! Staff are wonderful, and always ready to lend a hand in any way to ensure your comfort while visiting them, as well as ensuring you find the very best product for your needs available. I can't imagine going anywhere else!
This particular profile needs a “Medical Only” tag on it, as the menu attached is only for that. Recreational users will not even know what is available for purchase until they are nearly through the entire line, where the menu is provided on a typed-up piece of paper with hopefully accurate information about the items for sale.
Once they figure out how to add another menu (like every other recreational-licensed dispensary in the area) I expect it to be a much better experience.
There is always a friendly and helpful person to greet you at the door, help you with an order and share their favorite/recommendations. Pre-ordering for medical patients is easy to use and super convenient. Love the selection.
Always have friendly and fast service, and if things happen to go wrong, they have great customer service that will go out of their way to make things right. Never have had a bad interaction out of the several times I've been here.
Every other Illinois dispensary I've been to has been incredibly loud and bright and confusing, making them much much less accessible to me as a disabled person. This is the only IL dispensary I've been to where I felt safe, comfortable, and respected. The employees are actually friendly, gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do, and were able to pick up on the fact that I just wanted to get in and out and didn't need any unwanted advice on my order. It's a LONG drive from where I live but it's worth it.
