So I came here after leaving another dispensary in the city nearly 2 years ago and still don’t mind the drive to this spot bc the staff, prices, and parking on hand.
Terrible experience today. I placed an online pick up order. Showed up to get it and the lady said there was 8 orders head of mine. My order was for 1 gram of sugar so I asked if she can get that fulfilled since I was here and no one was in line Behind me. She gives me a smartass remark about It being like picking up a pizza or something. Very poor attitude from the girl behind the window. I leave and two minutes later I get the text it’s ready. Now I’m 45 minutes away and don’t have my medicine. Thanks EarthMed. Way to put the patients needs first.

I love earthmed and have for almost 4 years. But today was crazy!! Ordering on leafly is supposed to be quick and easy! What a joke. I stood in the leafly pick up line for 55mins at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. And it's not even the staff's fault!!!! Too many patients now and DEFINITELY NOT ENOUGH PRODUCT TO GO AROUND!!!!!! Something really needs to change! Medical patients are being neglected in preparation for recreational use!!!! TOTALLY NOT RIGHT!!! But again the problems at Earthmed are not because of the STAFF!!!

When you place an order online you should not have to wait in another line to pick up your order while everyone else in line goes before you. It defeats the purpose of a rapid pick which is why online ordering is for not to stand in line.
The people were amazing and it was fast service. I will say the place is not that inviting as the bud tenders are behind a glass window and hard to hear. Free gram on first visit which is nice. Purchased 8 -$60 8ths for $400. Cheaper than my last place. I will be back strictly on pricing
