Friendly, compassionate, and accommodating. Staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. This has become my home dispensary and despite having to change locations a few times for the sake of commute (I am unable to drive due to my conditions), I always return for the amazing service 💚

Well, it’s been real EarthMed... I’ve been a patient here for almost a year and this place has gone downhill completely. Rec hasn’t even started and as a patient I can almost never get what I need. They have very limited concentrates available, never have the cartridges I need, and won’t let you purchase anymore than an 1/8 at a time (due to “flower shortages”) when I’ve spoken with other dispensaries and none of which are dealing with this. The people and team at EarthMed are all awesome, but the supply game is terrible. Patients need their medicine consistently.. I really wish this wasn’t an issue at EarthMed, but unfortunately it is, and I value the consistency more than anything. EarthMed would need to make some major changes for me to come back. Like have enough stock/supply to service your patients, consistently.

Someone said this place shares information and violates HIPAA. IDK about sharing info but they are definitely violating HIPAA by taking away points when u switch dispensaries. It is suppose to be anonymous and some how they are able to track people leaving and going when Walgreens doesnt or CVS. My doctors dont either so I want to know why my privacy is violated here when they take points away when I switch dispensaries. That is info they should not know about.

The BEST in the state, in my opinion! Lowest prices, open 7 days, 10 % loyalty, Bday grams, referral grams, and over 500 products to choose from.

I've been going to Earthmed since May '16. I can't say enough about how helpful and compassionate they've been. Very easy to talk to, and they'll always point you in the right direction. My favorite spot by far!

And not to mention some of the aids are short I can’t even get a half an ounce. You guys are limiting me my quantity which is wrong and make me come back every day to get eighth.

Great place

This is my fourth dispensary....and my last. Well run operation with short wait times and a motivated well trained caring staff. Earthmed’s senior discount and veterans discount, patient loyalty points , specials, and low everyday prices makes them the best dispensary in the area.

I was met by super friendly people, especially George, who asked me questions, listened to me describe what I thought I wanted, and patiently guided me to it. The store has a warm, almost living room feel, and seems to be run very efficiently. I am a frequent traveler to the area, I will certainly some back!

i love this place ... man!!.. the security guard on medical, he is alway excited.. happy .. and he make you feel like "family" NICE JOB!

I have to give it up for the folk at EarthMed. I went there today (420) with a friend who is registered there. I'm registered over at 7 Point. I was quite expecting to have to wait outside. But the staff welcomed me, took my card and checked me in. The whole staff was cheerful and were asking for questions. I sat at the table while my friend waited in line. I was offered food and drink. Just very accommodating. Very nice. 🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃

Some of the workers their think they are better than you and talks down to customers. I'm moving dispensaries only because of some of their workers. I'd recommend the same for anyone that asks me how EarhMed is. Just don't go unless your ready to be treated badly.

I’m no stranger to dispensaries as I lived out on the west coast and also have a good friend in the dispensary business in Canada. This place is top notch, people are super friendly and the product... A+

Edit After spreading my wings and checking out some other dispensaries, I was missing out so much! Every dispensary that I have visited was substantially better than EarthMed. The cold and impersonal DMV feel definitely sucks. Guess it took becoming rec for me to find better spots. for all your patients still going there, just try somewhere else he most likely will be happy. — Welp, thanks for all the fish guys...Being my first med dispensary in Illinois, holds a space in my heart; But it time to move on. All the peoples there are great, Robert is the best. Everybody’s got great vibes and knowledgeable. The spot is not ideal, feels you’re like you’re waiting at a dmv. very impersonal and no vibes from the spot. Cold to just yell through bank teller windows. Probably going to need it though with all the recreational come in through people gonna be getting wild. Good luck to the remaining medical patients and all the employees with the onslaught of chaos about to begin.

The entire staff has been great. products are getting better every day. can't wait for edibles.

Parking is tight but that's because this is a great place. Very knowledgeable and kind staff. Great selection. Nice loyalty program. 💙
