I’m no stranger to dispensaries as I lived out on the west coast and also have a good friend in the dispensary business in Canada. This place is top notch, people are super friendly and the product... A+

Really well organized and helpful family

Someone said this place shares information and violates HIPAA. IDK about sharing info but they are definitely violating HIPAA by taking away points when u switch dispensaries. It is suppose to be anonymous and some how they are able to track people leaving and going when Walgreens doesnt or CVS. My doctors dont either so I want to know why my privacy is violated here when they take points away when I switch dispensaries. That is info they should not know about.

Today was a horrible experience. Several months ago they promoted leafy for quick easy pick ups of orders. Today it was very crowded and they were not prepared, however they made a conscious decision to make the leafy customers wait in one line while they did everything imaginable to push the non-leafy patrons through the door. Shameful

I have been to three other dispensaries in Illinois and let me say this is by FAR the best! I'ts an hour drive from me when there are four others closer but I choose to stay registered at this one because the atmosphere and help they provide is of top quality. I listened as Paula helped a woman find the perfect strain to aid her nausea and I must say all of the information was correct, so the staff is very knowledgeable. I did not need assistance as I have been a user of marijuana for 6 years so I quickly selected my flowers which all came from Gold Leaf, a newer distributor that many other dispensaries do not carry. I can already tell the quality of this brand as well supercedes any other I have tried, and I have tried them all. Lastly their prices were the most fair that I have seen in a while (some dispensaries charging as much as $500/ounce RIDICULOUS) which is probably the biggest plus for me. Overall I believe anyone whithin a 1.5 hour drive should immediately switch their registraion to EarthMed because it is the top dispensary in Illinois right now! P.S: The edible chocolates were delicious and effective!

Best hands down

EarthMed always takes care of me or any other patient that walks in the door. They service you fast and answer any questions you have about the menu or related to products. The online ordering is also super convenient. Walk right in and out. I would recommend EarthMed to anyone in the area!! I drive 30 minutes and pass a bunch of other dispensary’s. I don’t think I would go anywhere else.

Well, it’s been real EarthMed... I’ve been a patient here for almost a year and this place has gone downhill completely. Rec hasn’t even started and as a patient I can almost never get what I need. They have very limited concentrates available, never have the cartridges I need, and won’t let you purchase anymore than an 1/8 at a time (due to “flower shortages”) when I’ve spoken with other dispensaries and none of which are dealing with this. The people and team at EarthMed are all awesome, but the supply game is terrible. Patients need their medicine consistently.. I really wish this wasn’t an issue at EarthMed, but unfortunately it is, and I value the consistency more than anything. EarthMed would need to make some major changes for me to come back. Like have enough stock/supply to service your patients, consistently.

Some of the workers their think they are better than you and talks down to customers. I'm moving dispensaries only because of some of their workers. I'd recommend the same for anyone that asks me how EarhMed is. Just don't go unless your ready to be treated badly.

Edit After spreading my wings and checking out some other dispensaries, I was missing out so much! Every dispensary that I have visited was substantially better than EarthMed. The cold and impersonal DMV feel definitely sucks. Guess it took becoming rec for me to find better spots. for all your patients still going there, just try somewhere else he most likely will be happy. — Welp, thanks for all the fish guys...Being my first med dispensary in Illinois, holds a space in my heart; But it time to move on. All the peoples there are great, Robert is the best. Everybody’s got great vibes and knowledgeable. The spot is not ideal, feels you’re like you’re waiting at a dmv. very impersonal and no vibes from the spot. Cold to just yell through bank teller windows. Probably going to need it though with all the recreational come in through people gonna be getting wild. Good luck to the remaining medical patients and all the employees with the onslaught of chaos about to begin.

This location has the best staff and prices. I've researched it. The staff treats you like family. Great atmosphere.

I love everybody who works here! They're all so kind, compassionate, and patient. Even their security guard Anthony is so welcoming every visit. Five stars is not enough!

Great staff and knowledgeable budtenders. Always meeting my needs as far as quality and selection. Earthmed keeps it real! I've you haven't stopped in for your meds at Eathmed, consider switching! You won't be disappointed.

EarthMed thank you for all you do to service both medical and recreational customers. I do however have to criticize your vendor Verano. Verano your price increase is ridiculous for your products! I’m also concerned with how you conduct business as my $65 eighth of Greencrack did not weigh 3.5 grams. After weighing it multiple times the weight came to 3.1 grams. You are raising prices and shorting medical patients. This is not good. I will stir away from purchasing your products for now.

Even selling weak Keif as concrete now because there stock is trash. Zero meds here only profiteers

I’m a recreational user and picked up three packs of edibles here on 2/14/20. I picked up Verano Sour Watermelon Gummies 10mg 10 pieces, Verano Sweet Stones Lemonade Flavor 10mg 10 pieces, and Verano Menta Mints Wintergreen Flavor, 5mg 20 pieces. From the wait line to walking out the door with my purchase I was there for about 50 minutes. Yes it’s busy because recreational use just started, but they do have a separate entrance for medical patients, and the parking around the building was reserved for medical patients. It seems like they have found a good balance of being able to meet the demand for recreational products, without sacrificing any ability to mange the medical patients their first priority, as they should be. I would definitely go back to this location and purchase here again.
