I believed I was overcharged, I have tried calling more than once, and have submitted my email through the website contact form. no one has responded. Really dissappointing

I have been coming to Emerald for over a year now. You used to have knowledgeable staff. It seems for the past few months you have either let go or promoted most of the staff. There are a few old schoolers still there. The new folks are not knowledgeable and in one case rude. In a different matter you do not seem to be carrying MUV products anymore.

I am seriously blown away right now. I have never recieved such terrible service at any dispensary in the valley. I quit coming here about a year ago. Today was my first time back. The cashier overcharged me and royally screwed up so I put a call in. I was told by Alex I would recieve a call back, and I quote, "right away" after he spoke to the manager. 3 hours later, I decide to call in myself. I am currently on HOLD and have been for an hour. I have gone up in Q positions - how that's even possible, I do not know. So, I don't know if someone will ever pick up but I will not be back (except to get my money). I wouldn't come back because they don't care about people. Decent product - TERRIBLE STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE**** REALLY BAD**** STILL ON HOLD***** I hope someone can avoid frustration because of this review. I will be taking this complaint up the chain.Im a medical patient and I've been (and continue to be) treated like I don't matter. I wish I could take a back a star! If anyone associate with curaleaf sees this review, please get me off hold????

i have been to many dispensary's this year. i have seen all kinds of great stuff. i have given great reviews for most places. there is a young lady working at emerald that made me feel stupid and retarded. i asked her to bare with me as i was confused about the item i came to buy. she acted very annoyed at me, exhaled very loudly and was not helpful at all. i have never had anyone give me a nasty look like she did. i was so glad to get out of there. i will never go back.

I really liked the layout but the prices were sky high compared to everywhere else around. It was a hit harder to find than most dispensaries because there isn't really a sign anywhere for the building either. I figured I'd give this place a shot though because it was the closest to me by several miles. Ultimately, I ended up coming in because they had a daily deal on my favorite strain. The line moved slow and there was no sense of urgency. There were 3 people behind the counter and only one was helping while 5 of us waited. The flowers potency was weak and the products were all overpriced. If it weren't for the 20% off for FTP deal, I don't think I would've left with anything. This was my first dispensary but if it hadn't been, I probably would've walked out right away.

Both medical patients Been coming here for years never had one single problem always friendly and then yesterday me and my lady go and try to purchase a half oZ plus some venom wax and the bud tender completely messed up our order even charged us wrong. So we come back hoping to resolve this issue and come to find out she didn't even give us our full order. Was charged for a full OZ but only got a half and no wax at all either. So like all business they checked the cameras and somehow it shows that she put the full in there(so the assistant manager says). They told us they can't verify so they said we have to call back the next day and we called back several times and the manager keeps telling her employees that she's busy. Shows how much of a priority these kinds of situations are. No care at all. I'm just done man. My lady is just so distraught and annoyed by the situation , we Lost $140 dollars from this whole situation and didn't even get any of my medicine back as well. I got money I have no reason to steal MY MEDICINE. This was completely unprofessional. Never wrote a review like this in my life but this shit I refuse to let go. Never again tho. Never again. Update: guy called back after calling for the manager multiple times, said he caught another angle that showed she didn't put the other half in. Got our money back but I'm leaving this up because the situation was still a big inconvenience.

What are you guys doing?! I got off work to late to come in last night and was going to wait till this morning to purchase my meds. Check the website and Leafly to see what strains you guys have and prices have changed, AGAIN. We have like 2 strains on baseline, there's no $30 8th strains, they're back up to $38 and you're STILL trying to push Lape despite the resounding cry from us patients for better quality at an affordable price. You have how many dispensaries in Arizona and yet for some reason you can't seem to set yourself apart from everyone else. Imagine how busy you guys would be if you'd just listen to the feedback of your patients but this ain't it.

been coming here for many years and have slowly watched the coustomer service diminish. uningaging bud tenders that don't listen and constantly rush you through your order. also constantly been given wrong product. what happened to this place ????

me and my husband have been going there since they bought it from emerald almost daily. today the guy says when you see one of these 2 registers open up go ahead, which ever one is 1st. so we went up when dude was done to be treated like some kind of dumb ass in class who had not been called on. this guy says"im going on break you cant just walk up here on your own, that guy has to tell you" i said "HE DID TELL US" right then that guy walks up and denies saying that (which sorry but 2 people heard you say the same damn thing dude) on top of all that they messed up my order and no longer had any of what i had pre ordered so i took what i could get and left almost in tears. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK- and we ride bikes 3 miles each way to go there. ill be riding 5 each way from now on to NOT GO THERE

Everyone is just sitting around not helping customers. When there's 6+ people on the floor I expect more than one customer to be helped at a time.

I think they are e slipping business wise and it shows through their employees. Horrible service today on 2/8 from the tall guy with no name badge. I know you run out but of all premium indica, and dude was so high he could care less. He hopes I feel better, but they lost a good paying customer today!! Back to Harvest of Tempe I go.

I've been here 3 times. My first time they did not give me the "new patient" 20% discount. When I called to inquire about it, they informed me that what I bought didn't qualify for the discount. 2nd time I had received an email advertising specials so I went in for it but they were out of the special. Also, they had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned the special in the email. 3rd time, another email. Luckily this time I had taken a screenshot of the advert but when I went in they were out of the special so offered a similar strain but without discount. Also, the email said Happy Hour special if I spend $50 or more I'd get a free gram of my choice of 3 strains plus 10% off my next visit. They didn't know anything about the free gram or 10%. I pulled up the Leafly app and the daily special had changed! So I showed them the screenshot, manager was called over and he looked at it and said they would "honor it" but they're out of the one strain that I wanted for my free gram. By the time I left I still did not get the 10% off my next purchase. Very shady place I felt like I was trying to buy a used car. I think I'll find a new place.

Oh, right on.. I see you guys. Let's have a sale then jack the prices up from $10 to $13 a gram and from $27 to $30 an 8th. We're also going to get rid of the 20% med discount and charge $70 a half for Lape Urban. This place has ZERO idea what they're doing from week and I think the previous comment says it best, you guys definitely are consistently inconsistent.

I just found 30+ seeds in my half of Gelato and despite spending $70 I've been told all sales are final. How does this even qualify as meds and how you going to call yourself a medical dispensary? I've legit never been this disappointed in a purchase but you guys definitely just lost a customer.

Suggested donations are getting higher and higher for low quality meds and places like this are taking advantage of the patients. With the 25 mile law now in effect they are going to try and force us to use the over-priced dispensaries. The bulk email, eh, stuff happens, a discount or an actual sincere apology would have been nice not just a "oh crap I better cover my ass" email. Now to the real issue I stopped going to this place back in October/November after I made a donation for a 1/4 of Bubba Kush only to get it home and see that it had mold spots. The only reason this was noticed was from the photos I took of the meds. Also I have gotten a couple different strains which I use on a normal basis from other dispensaries and they were not even close and I do understand pheno type yadda yadda but I also know my strains and they were not correct pretty sure they were both GDP which I don't care to much for. Since then I've noticed your donation rates increase I'm guessing this is due to the fact that you have very little repeat customers. I wonder why? Normally you guys have a great menu which was what got my attention in the first place but am I actually getting the strain I ordered? Has it been cured properly? I have my doubts. Friendly staff though and it's a shame to see such knowledgeable people being forced to push over-priced questionable meds. I get painful back spasms and cannot be without my meds on some nights in order to get any sleep. I have a prescription for strong pain meds (oxi) that I haven't used since I've got my MMJ card and at this point will never use again. People like me depend on high quality flowers for a reasonable suggested donation and places like this are doing the exact opposite. The 25 mile law is only going to make things A LOT worse. Zero star experience for being shown expensive lawn clippings in a MEDICAL dispensary. I know these plants were smelling nice when they grew. YES, ITS YOUR FAULT THEY NOW SMELL LIKE HAY. Are all the dispensaries working together to sell nothing but ruined bud at retail MMJ locations? Some anti weed smell conspiracy???? So you can start charging 500 for an ounce once you actually start providing a legit, useful, medical grade therapeutic Cannabis product? All I need is some Delta-3 Carene. The most common terp in the world. Why does not a single dispensary in the east valley have weed with terpenes? All weed has terpenes. Unless it came from a legal dispensary!

I have been a medical patient since 2010. Today a budtender at Curaleaf Gilbert sold me 4 Private Reserve eighths that he assured me were fresh. When I got home I saw that they were all harvested back in February & March! Not cool. I wish I could take my tip back from him.

did the math on the point system. .05 points per dollar = 1 point per 20$ spent. so for 5,000 points to get the 300$ off.....you need to spend $100,000 in store? for 300$ back om a card renewel half the people don't need for bring rec anyway? when every other store does the same thing for 1$ per point? wow. thats honestly sad.

I'm a medical patient.. I don't use this plant to "chill out" I utilize it as a holistic alternative to pharmaceuticals so I'm not another opioid related statistic. Being as my entire spine is fused and I've got a plethora of other medical complications, my use of the plant is imperative to my overall function and comfort. While Curaleaf offers a 20% "discount" for medical patients, the lack of strains available on the baseline tier and the fact that pre packaged halves no longer qualify for said discount unfortunately force individuals like myself who are on disability, to either walk out empty handed or spend money they don't have on a strain via a different tier. The whole reason I chose Curaleaf and have stayed a loyal patient over the years is I felt as though the business sincerely cared about those with medical needs. Since recreational passed however, that feeling has continually decreased week after week. Its honestly disheartening to be treated like every other head that walks through the door. Why even pay for a med card at this point? Imagine how many medical patients you'd have lining up if you'd actually establish a viable menu of quality strains at an affordable price point in a recreational market. You have to set yourself above every other recreational and supposed "medical" dispensary in the valley. As of now there's 30 other options within a 15 mile radius selling the same strains at the same price.

This place will waste your time. Every employee is under 25 instore. The will cancel orders without any communication and they will tell you orders are ready when they never packed one and then tell you of sorry we're out. This happened today. Wasted about and hour, got no product and wasted about $10 in gas driving to pick up something they knew full well was never going to 'ready' for pickup. As far as I see it this place owes me for my time and gas forget buying anything.
