literally NEVER Answer the phone its so annoying! whoever runs the phones you have one job! are you just sitting around all day?!
45 minutes to pick up an “express” order at 11am on a Tuesday. Terrible.

Hi i came in today at exactly 7:03 pm and i had ordered a full oz for $90... todays deal...... when i opened my bag just now i have only 14 individually wrapped grams so i am out of a HALF OZ and drove really far to get this... it was the only half oz left of sb angel in the store like im really unhappy that im missing what i paid for and will have to drive back in the morning because of the mistake.. i have a video to also prove that im missing the half oz of “sweet black angel” and the receipt that shows everything
Im really hoping this can be resolved, i come here all the time and this isnt the first time this has happened

Long time card holder. I’ve bought here for about 7 years. Left after waiting for a long time. Parking was an issue as well. I’ve gone to another dispensary that has a line for card holders and it was a good experience. And veteran discount was better.
I have enjoyed coming to this location for over 4 years, and I have seen it go through a lot of changes. Loyalty only goes so far when profits remain the focus since Cura has taken over. Recent price increase you stated in a response to a review: We had to increase our prices due to the coin shortage going on across the US. Our prices include tax now so what you see, is what you pay. Ok, so why did select brand cartridges (as 1 example) increase from $40 to $45! Our tax is in Gilbert is only 7.8% so what use to cost me $43.12 now costs $45. So that difference goes right into your pocket as profit. May not seem like a lot but multiply the volume they sell each day from all their locations and they are raking in thousands of dollars right out of our wallets. Then they removed regular discounts like senior discounts from patient accts but did not say anything. So I did not get my discount applied on a couple visits until I noticed the difference and called it out. Bud tender verified that the discounts were removed from accounts so he would just add it back on. Shady practices, focus on profits at expense of customers, poor communications - is what I have experienced here.
Front desk was so busy they could not place online pickup orders in the correct order. Myself and one other person ended up being being skipped multiple times before It was noticed our my cards were in a completely separate pile. I dont like to make a stir, but when I'm waiting as long as someone who didnt order online,(40 + minutes) theres a problem.
Really brown lumpy shatter with plant matter in it. Torn apart for construction when I went on 12/24 so it looked really bad. Budtender wouldn't show me my shatter before i left and I ended up with trash, I guess that's why I couldn't see it.

The first time me and my boyfriend went by this location was an absolute bust. We're both D.As and medical patients. We were pointed to probably the WORST budtender they have...
She didn't properly apply any discounts/rewards and was more interested in sexy posing and pushing out her chest at my boyfriend while she tapped EVERY. DAMN. SURFACE. with her nails. Tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap.
We ALMOST said we'd never be back.
This time I specifically asked for and waited for Krystal.
Krystal is an amazing tender. The entire transaction with her was fantastic and she suggested a great flower for us. A model Budtender with no web model gimmicks.
Ask for Krystal if you want great service and knowledge. See ya next time lady.

Manager was a douchcanoe and threatened to put a mark against my name....(whatever the heck that is)and referred to me as bro several times even after correcting him with my first name. I ordered flower that was 23% thc online and then magically they have the same strand but it's only 17% thc...and I wrote everything down and verified and still insisted I was wrong. I am sorry I only tipped $4 but she at least tried to be nice.

this place has nothing but crap and their donations suggest that your at some exotic type of store. meds are bunk and the service is shit . you guys should reexamine your suggested donations and your quality . 455 an oz who do you think you are , get a clue chumps

places like this that price gouge medical patients for mediocre meds should be ashamed of themselves. The price is a direct result of mindset for the industry. Tell me how there are so many dispensaries in the valley and the price on these realistically mid quality flowers keeps getting more expensive? How can people be expected to take a naturalist route if everyone is charging more for a gram of flower and concentrate than for a gram of gold?

The wait times seem to be long on Fridays, especially when they have additional deals on top of their daily deals. I preorder every time I go, usually my name is being called before I can finish withdrawing money from the ATM. Monday is my favorite daily deal w/ a BOGO 8th on Aeriz flower. I preorder as soon as I get the message announcing the deal and it’s ready within 15-30 minutes, or when I come and get it after work.

I love emerald but REAL TALK quality of meds is going DOWN seeds in everything prices are NOT going down they used to have flower on special for 35 an 8th almost every day, haven't seen it in months. Maui is NOT top shelf there are TONS of seeds look close when u break it up they're premature. I want the old emerald back!

I came in for the free pre role, if I wore a star wars shirt. I searched high and low, looking for a starwars shirt and all stores were sold out! I decided to have a little fun with it and make my own star wars shirt! When I went to emerald I was met with a rude budtender that told me to stop cutting corners and that he wasn't going to honor the free pre roll. He was rude, standoffish, and really brought down my great mood. Where is the love ?!?!? I went to three other dispensaries and was met with laughs and good conversation when they read the shirt! They all honored thier deal and gave me a free pre role UNLIKE EMERALD. Its a shame that this man is bringing down emeralds normally stellar reputation. I will not be coming back unfortunately.

I came to this dispensary with prior hesitation as I have heard negative and somewhat positive things about emerald.. With my own experiences I can tell you the front desk help is as friendly as it gets in there. I was excited as a new patient trying to get the BOGO deal for 7 grams, when I notified my budtender of this he states very rudely “ we don’t do that here, we sell BOGO quarters”, then I ask him (which I already knew) “a quarter is 7 grams, right?” And he goes on to tell me how I can’t call a quarter 7 grams.. The whole situation was very confusing and my budtender had a crappy look on his face the moment I stepped up.. sadly this will be the last visit from me, this just goes to show “Love” and “Care” for patients is not valued at emerald..😞

Really good dispensary, great staff and concentrate selection. Too everyone saying recreational hurt medical I think you just need to put on your big boy pants and understand that it was going to happen one day, the first steps everyone knew were going to the “medical” way so now we’re here. I know plenty of people who have their med cards that do and don’t have pain it’s a rare few that actually do. You do not get to choose who should and shouldn’t use cannabis I can get my medical card after being in 2 motorcycle accidents but why? Why be in a system that makes me forfeit rights? I know most people are happy they don’t have to pay way more off a person with their med cards or go to sketchy places in the ghetto to get street smoke. Thank you curaleaf for the great environment, I look forward to coming again and shopping, this is going to be so great for the communities!!

Its the day before 420 and your flower choices are trash. Not everyone is willing or capable of standing in line for hours to purchase meds.. update. your. menu.
The online order process is a joke, you have to wait in a longer line than walk ins. DA asked if i “still wanted” something i out on my online order. Still had to wait for them to find the meds for my “express order”

Absolutely no outdoor signage. Found it by a stroke of luck. It’s one large room for dispo and lobby. Super busy, which is fine, but they had next to nothing on the bottom shelf stocked, and the budtender didn’t know much about any of the strains or products.
Prices are okay, everyone was relatively friendly.
Not a fan of the open concept or the quality of the flower in the smell jars. Noisy and cramped.

First of all, the whole "Huxton" brand is a complete marketing ploy to get you to spend more. The buds were dry..( so dry you could squeeze the bag and you'd hear crunchy sounds) and they almost didn't smell at all. Smoked bad tasted bad. I also find it wierd you Guys cut and paste the same comment on everyone that had a bad experience....
