First time here- MUCH kinder selection than the place I've been shopping. Very friendly, helpful, and receptive service that brought a real smile to my face. Prices are a bit higher than I've been paying, but the quality is also 'higher' than I've been buying, so it's a push. I don't shop every dispensary in the valley for value- at least not at this time- Rather, due to my pain level, I look for products that measure up to my needs and are conveniently located. ET wins.☺

I love visiting Emerald Triangle! The staff is very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I'm fortunate to live nearby and can visit whenever I need to...having said that... I'd drive a ways to shop here. Really make me comfortable even with my stupid questions. Definitely, highly recommend! :)

Stumbling upon this dispensary was more thrilling than catching a legendary Mega-Venusaur out in the wild. As a level 169 pokémaster, I know my grass types well and this shop delivers like no Fuchsia City gym ever could. Update your Tokédex with rare toké-strains like Lemon Larry OG and G Bear. Try the Surfer Kush, it's SUPER EFFECTIVE!

I've been to almost every dispensary around Medford and this one is my favorite. They have friendly staff, affordable and quality products. I like that they include the tax on their price menu. Also, if you buy two grams of one strain of flower you get the second gram 40% off.

I love this place. They have 20% off sales twice weekly and one day a week where the tax is discounted off. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, they always answer all my questions and give me their opinions about the product they have. They also have a point system (that you don't have to sign up for, it happens automatically) that has gotten me 20% off two of my purchases in only about a month of shopping there.

I just came in a couple hours ago and the guy that helped me was freeeeekkin awesome I forget his name cuz I'm stoned but the atmosphere amd quality of service was awesome thank you and has great veterans discount I appreciate that

I was recommended this place by a friend and have been going here 1-2 times a month for almost a year. Service and knowledge is great and we will continue going to Emerald Triangle.

I'm a medical patient and I was denied my purchase here because it was 10pm but I watched several recreational patients walk out with product before me. I was helped by budtender Nick right after I walked in the store at 9:48. I apologised for being so close to closing time and he said no worries and that they would get us our product no problem. I restated that it was my first time here and I was a med patient after I handed him my med. card. He handed it right back to me and maybe I should have known then he was making a mistake. I asked some questions and looked at some product and when I settled on my purchase it was 3 minutes from closing. Nick went in the back and came to ring us up and when I handed him my med. card he went to the computer and then abruptly stopped and apologized and told me we couldn't buy our product because he neglected to enter my card into the system prior and it was already 10:00. My girlfriend, who is a budtender, suggested that he ring us up as recreational and give us a discount but he wouldn't do that and didn't even offer any kind of compensation for lying to us and wasting our time. We were passing through on our way North and it's a shame that we got stuck with such an incompetent budtender because the other customers seemed happy and the store seems pretty good. Needless to say this was a terrible experience where we walked out empty-handed.
