Justin and Kai are the most helpful budtenders! Very knowledgeable and definitely know what they are talking about! I recommend coming here everybody!!

This has been hands down the best dispensary in the valley to go to. Always my first stop when I’m out looking for dabs or flower at that. Always friendly and super chipper. With the coin shortages and pandemic stressing everyone out I expect a bit of attitude adjustment so to say, but was a little perturbed on my last visit when my bud tender assumed I would be ok rounding up my purchase and not asking me if I had the exact change to complete my purchase. What bothered me the most about it is when I went back in to buy flower for my wife and mention it to the team , I wasn’t happy with the attitude and issue made because of my concern. I know I made a fuss over spare change but my point was I was not made aware of this factor until After leaving and viewing the amount on my receipt. I will still shop here though as your prices and discounts still beat your competitors by far.

By far the best dispensary I've found in the Medford area. The staff were friendly, and they were able to recommend a strain that worked well for my nausea. The actual product is of good quality, too, something I've found terribly hit-or-miss in this area.

This shop is super easy to get to, with a fair amount of easy parking. The store is very clean and super organized. Their prices are great. The staff are very easy to talk to and don't give you that salesman pitch feeling. I was able to ask about a few of their non-flower products without feeling pressured to buy. Which made me want to buy more from them. Leo helped my friend and I pick out alot of flower. He was very friendly and fun. I met Allie and she was super friendly and up beat. I can't wait to run out if this awesome amount of smoke so I can go back and visit while I pick out more. Thanks guys! You all rock.

Great customer service, easy to find downtown, and loved that they had a clear description of each feeling a different a strain would give you.

I really enjoy visiting this dispensary. Their staff is friendly and fast, they know their product. Good weekly specials and a VIP program that's user friend. Haven't tried delivery yet but love dropping by and it's a convient location next to a bank.

This is by far my favorite dispensary! I’ve been here 3 times and have had consistently great experiences every time. Im fairly new to the world of cannabis, but the staff at Emerald Triangle are incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. They are open late, and have an amazing selection! I definitely recommend checking them out!

I will step in this store again, treated very rudely by an employee. I bought a $40 cartridge that broke in a couple of days, they refused to honor any warranty; actually. insinuated that I intentionally broke it. The treatment and garbage products were unbelievable, go anywhere but here
