Emerald Triangle Dispensary - Klamath Falls

Travis was just the right guy to help me out! Friendly, professional, and looking out for my best interest. He was able to quickly figure out which product would be best for me and I am 110% lit thanks to him! Keep doing what you doing Emerald you got my 5 on it!

Easily the best dispensary in our area, they carry great quality products with a good rotation of new items. I especially appreciate how the experience is streamlined with the menu/prices displayed on the large TVs, flower being displayed right below, and previously weighed and ready to go. having visited all the dispensaries in the area I would consider Emerald Triangle the first and only option and have now become a weekly visitor. as flower is my preference there is even a discount on Flower Fridays!

Love this location im new to oregon and this is my favorite location ive been in a couple times and VASH was a very helpful and knowledgeable person also the reviews werent working at first either anywho great location would recommend to anyone!

This is one of the four dispensaries here in Klamath, and I have been to all of them. Whereas the others were so cramped, and I felt limited in what they had to offer as far as stock and assortment, Emerald Triangle was the opposite. It is very nice inside, and they carry a wide varities of products I've come to trust and use. The staff are very friendly, knowledgable and happy to assist however they can. The space is so much more open and they offer a much larger variety of products I may need, including buds of course, but also vapes, edibles and tinctures (they probably have about anything you'd want, and definitely much more than what I've looked at). I like that I get a senior discount as well as a VIP discount. For someone like me who lives with chronic pain, these discounts mean a lot. Today I was waited on by Marcus, he was super friendy and helpful!! The only shop I will be visiting in Klamath from here forward! Thanks guys, Nan'ce

Very helpful staff, and amazing product!

I’m a frequent customer, who has a pleasant experience each and every time. All the staff are helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. I often ask for recommendations & have never been disappointed. They have something for all budgets. Ask for: Travis, Nicole, Teresa, the braddah that used to live in Hawaii- sorry idk your name lol can’t forget about the lady with the pink hair & the cool guy with the blonde hair. My definite go to!

We went three times. The first two times, the tender was helpful and knowledgeable. The second time, when we opened it, we found it melted together. It was a different strain of the same product we were happy with the first visit. The manager on duty first tried to blame us, telling us we left it in the heat and told us we melted it. When we explained that we went from the store to the motel and it had not been exposed to heat, he quickly switched and said it was the strain. All we wanted was to exchange and also purchase more. In the first 2 visits, we spent over $300. They would not stand behind a $20 item. Very sad.

It USED to be MY ONLY "Go-To" dispensary, I've spent thousands of dollars with them in the past year, until one day recently I bought $100.00+ worth of pre-rolls " Lady J's Brand" 4 different types of strains mind you of this particular "Premium pre-roll brand" They costed roughly $27.00 EACH for a 10 pack, so I bought 4 different kinds: 1. Mendo Breath (10pk) 2. Forbidden Fruit (10pk) 3. Wedding Cake (10pk x 2) All of them was the same harvest date, summary of my recent experience: They sold me the STALEST, MOST OUTDATED with a harvest date of: 10-11-2019, I smoked 5 of them back to back from 4 different strains/pre-rolls just to be sure the first was not fluke joint, EVERY SINGLE ONE IS THE SAME ACROSS 4 STRAINS/SEPERATE BOX'S!! DRY STALE 0% POTENTCY!! Truly Feel Unsatisfied: 1.) They WILL NOT burn properly period, they "Run" like crazy once you are able to get the cherry to light!! 2.) They WILL NOT "PULL/DRAW" and smoke barely at all, puffing on them like a locomotion train/madman but nothing comes out just a burning cherry with 0 smoke to inhale.. 3.) Tasted like some "Dry/Raspy/Harsh Air/Lawn Clippings." 0 Flavor They Bragged About. 4.) They SAID IT WAS MY FAULT FOR BUYING THEM WHEN I CALLED BACK!! And that they are stale because of "Paper Box" NOT because 2 years old/staled! I have cancer and this was supposed to keep my nausea at bay for next 2 weeks!! They WILL NOT Refund Them!! THEY WOULD NOT Remedy The Ripoff In Any Form & Fashion They Just Pulled On Me. Most Infuriating Of ALL They Wouldn't Even Apologize For Selling A "Premium Topshelf Expensive Product" at FULL PRICE that's GOING ON 2 YEARS OLD/STALE to an "Unsuspecting Customer" This COULD BE YOU!

Great employees and atmosphere

I’d never shop at any Klamath falls locations as a medical card holder the managers get flustered when askedquestions so they’ll refuse service. Bud tenders will trick caregivers and ask ‘is this for you or ‘someone else’’ once they say them they refuse to sell medical price to them. It’s entrapment and it’s not ok. I’m a patient my caregiver has been refused sales multiple times by this phrase they say while I have been sitting out in the car waiting for them to come out with my medication just to be told they told her to leave.

the bud tenders are not knowledgable about the products they sell.

location and storefront are great, big selection, and employees are friendly for how busy it is. only complaint is they advertise their A buds and then sell poorly trimmed B buds in their 'bulk deals'. Can't really complain though when you're buying cheap.
