This being a new location to K Falls the are fast and curious. If you ask the employees have a lot of knowledge but don’t offer unless you ask.

Enjoyed my experience at Emerald Triangle very much. Was a bit trepidatious at first, but the professionalism and welcoming atmosphere put me quickly at ease. The Bud Tenders were very patient, knowledgable, friendly and even took the time to research answers to my questions that were not readily in their knowledge base. Above & beyond! Great experience.

Always fast and easy in and out excellent service

These guys did a great job explaining some new products and were all around super helpful. There’s a lot of great products to choose from, especially for the size of the store.

This store’s employees have always been really kind and welcoming to me as an inexperienced cannabis user.

Love the Emerald Triangle, the service is always great and the budtenders are always quick and ready to get your product and the product is always great, i have tried the others and they are good too but if you want quality and quickness and quantity then there is no other like the Emerald Triangle in K-Falls (P.S. some of the strains/cross strains are quite unique at the E.T.)

First visit to the ET at 2226 Washburn. Never been in a dispensary before. I thought the prices were fair. What I liked most was the customer service. Sade was wonderful with her patience and knowledge. Thank you Sade.

Delt with the individuals that opened the store. Horrible customer service. Not honest to customers or thier employees. The stores motto is caring and compassion. I was not shown any of that. Will Never shop there again. Bad PR. Remember word of mouth is fast in a small town.
