Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service – Bait and Switch Tactics If you’re thinking of visiting Revolution as a first-time customer, don’t. This place is a masterclass in how NOT to run a dispensary—from the moment I walked in, it was downhill. Seven employees standing around, not one said hello. Just stared at me like I walked into the wrong room. No professionalism. Zero courtesy. Eventually, one employee, David, waved me over and told me I’d get 30% off my entire purchase as a first-time customer. Based on that clear verbal promise, I made my purchase. No one said anything about exclusions or non-stackable discounts. No fine print on signage, no mention from staff, nothing. But after reviewing my receipt, it became obvious: the 30% was never applied. What they did was just sell me items already marked down (which I selected intentionally), then pretend that counted as my "discount." That’s not a customer perk—that’s sleight of hand. When I asked David about it, he couldn’t explain anything. Said he was on pain meds for tetanus and literally couldn’t form a straight answer. I’m not kidding—he was clearly impaired, slurring, eyes glassy. If that’s your front-line representation, you’ve got serious problems. I contacted the company directly to resolve this and got back a snarky, tone-deaf email basically saying, “You got the best discount, we don’t stack.” No apology, no explanation for why their employee made a false promise, no effort to resolve the miscommunication. Just a flippant “have a great weekend.” That email? Already attached to my complaint with the Illinois Attorney General’s office and the Better Business Bureau. I’ll also be filing in small claims court for the lost discount and costs. I’ve got receipts—and theirs will be part of the evidence. Deceptive advertising. Unprofessional staff. Zero accountability. Revolution, you had a chance to fix this with basic decency. Instead, you went full corporate robot. I strongly suggest anyone considering shopping here look elsewhere. There are plenty of dispensaries that actually respect their customers and their word.

I changed over after having a bad experience at another closer dispensary and I have been happy with my change. they have a good menu for indica which is what I prefer and the staff is helpful if you arent sure what you want. I've noticed some of their online deals don't always come up when you check out- but it is still worth what you're getting and better choices than other places. all in all I'm happy with the change and everyone there is nice

The Staff at Enlightened Dispensary, in Schaumburg are so nice! The staff is very informative, & help you out with any question you may have! It's pretty refreshing to go into a business & no matter who I get, they are very friendly & helpful. Not to mention if you purchase $80 or more you get a 1 gram joint for a penny. Not sure any other dispensary offers free weed! Ya gotta love it! Nice people. Thanks to Peter, Elliot, Emily, & Evan you make the experience so much easier!

My order was wrong I paid the same price for half the product I ordered Employee lied to me and said it was wrong on the other system and wouldn't be honored but would have been honored if it came from their system which I also know not to be true . This isn't the first time you guys get me all the time

Except the fact that your website did me bogus. Your website completed an order for me with 45$ for 14 grams and 2 live resin cart 1g for 45 a pc ae well. I got an 8th for 45 and didnt even realize about the carts til i got home. Those were only .5 a piece... Their customer service at the store in Schaumburg was phenomenal though. Figure your website out so thats linked up better because if it weren't for their phenomenal customer service manager and employee. I would've just walked out not buying it at all.

Please do not go to this store . They are criminals and dangerous people there . Extremely intoxicated . Really bad management especially security reception salesman terrible . The only person there who had a bit of a brain is the “manager”. The police should definitely be there at all times . My life was threatened while waiting at the line. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE . THERE ARE PLENTY OF NON CRIMINAL STORES

My favorite weed dispensary. I will intentionally go out of my way to avoid otherwise closer weed dispensaries because of the bad or mediocre experience that I get elsewhere. This is the gold-standard for Illinois weed dispensaries. The environment is clean and spacious. The customer service is stellar and helps me find products that are unique to what I am looking for and give me clear, direct suggestions (instead of the drivel of "everybody is different, I can't tell you which strain is right"). The big thing that a lot of Illinois weed dispenaries get right is the entrance. The guards are always polite, respectful, and classy. They welcome you inside instead of the unwelcoming security guard experience at Sunnyside in Schaumburg, and Verilife in Arlington Heights. The customer service is there to answer your questions, instead of other places that let you ask questions at the front, but there are other customers behind you so it feels hurried or inconsiderate to just ask away. Here though I am happy to enjoy talking to customer service about the industry, and learn something new. My only constructive criticism would be to carry different strains. A good weed dispensary that seems to do these are Hatch in Addison and Sunnyside in Schaumburg. Five stars this place.

Enlightened is one of several dispensaries down the street from me. I choose to go here based on the positive customer service experience and the availability of a full assortment of products. No one is pushing you to pick your product and get out, you always have a sense of welcome and everything you want is in front of you behind glass to see what your getting. Always a top notch place with top notch products and employees. Will always continue to visit here.

Well just by looking at your menu I know for sure 100% that I won't be making the trip to Schaumburg anytime soon. There s nothing on the menu worth buying for a medical patient and Revolution will NEVER EVER WIN ANOTHER CUP of any kind in Cannabis. I mean last summer they had 32.43% Gorilla'd Cheese was fantastic. And Alien Rock Candy that was amazing. Now they can't even break the 24% mark. Sad very very sad. I'll bet this store hasn't been busy in a long time. Yes it DOES MATTER what the THCA & THC LEVELS ARE. Cuz Gorilla'd Cheese @23% is nothing at all like G Cheese at 32% wake up revolution. You can't compete w Columbia Care or Rythm anymore and nobody in Illinois but you guys have Verano products so low in THCA that I'm not sure it should be illegal for children. Its worthless to real medical patients. And I'll play the % s game all I want cuz I tried Cookie Crasher at 24% n it sucked.

The THC listed on website is almost always wrong, usually what's listed is higher than what is on the label. They said they are now entering the total cannabinoids instead. This is false advertising. A lot of the product is over 4-6 months old, especially the stuff on sale. Not sure what is up with this place now. They don't seem to know how to handle online pickups very well. The cashiers are sometimes slow and carry on long conversations with customers while there is a long line of people waiting. There are usually 3-4 employees milling about the floor doing nothing, waiting for someone to come to the door so they can tell them to go wait in line.

The store is beautiful, unlike anything I have seen before. They also have a wide selection of products and seem to be very selective about which merchandise they carry.
