Quick registration, nice location across from Trader Joe's. Certainly looks to be one of the widest selections in the valley, complete with high CBD strains that can be difficult to track down even in the well-established medical markets of other states. Crystal was really helpful, definitely glad I took her recommendation with the HeadCheese: astronomical THC aside, this is hands down the best smelling jar I've ever put my nose in. Christie (?) was quick with the transaction portion, and all staff was very pleasant to deal with throughout my visit. HEFTY first-timer discount was much appreciated! I'll certainly be back for more.

This was one of the best experiences I have encountered. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and Denicka hands down was exceptional.. all 10's! Thank you all and looking forward to using the call ahead option for orders.. hella nice that you all understand that the efforts to get it done on a lunch break. Oh and goes without saying. The med tho are some of the best quality. I will be back to try Mr. Kahlifa's veggies.

Cool spot. super clean... just don't like the one on one doctor visit type setup... takes too much time. Oregon/ Washington have it better setup. but not bad at all. quality is decent along with price for Henderson.... so check it out. always cool to see new shops .

See TL;DR for short summation. First time here ( I live out of state ). Check-in for out-of-state patients was fairly straight forward. All of their staff is very friendly and professional. The back room is reminiscent of MIB's big white room lol. Its not bad just big and bright, nice and open space. I enjoy the way the bud tender really sticks with you and is there to answer any questions for you on the spot, displaying their knowledge of their medicine. The meds, oh boy, lets just say my bud tender told me I could make frequent trips out there and I jokingly brushed it off, however, no joke. The meds are on point. I was beyond ecstatic to get my hands on some quality dry sift! I didn't believe the quality they advertised for all of their meds but, their meds really are that good. Must try is the SinMint (go figure, COOKIES!). I have already made plans with the wife to make the trip from AZ more often :) TL;DR Great meds. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Only con I have, because I'm a cheapskate, is getting on par with Vegas on the discounts. Other than that, this place is will not disappoint.

First off I'm a very frequent shopper at the other locations. I've stopped in the Henderson location a few times and never again. I'm tired of the hassle to buy here as a medical patient. I understand there was a computer update, the other locations went through it too. Funny enough they don't have all of your information and discounts at the Henderson location. Both times I've came in to get my medication I've had to wait an exceptionally long time so management could verify all of my information I gave them last time. Never did receive my correct discount. I also noticed that the prices are way higher than the Strip and Tropicana locations. Even the budtenders attitudes were cold. I'll stick to the other two locations. Better customer service and prices.

It was my first visit to this location but won't be my last as it's the closest shop to my home. It took under 5 minutes to get my card registered and Crystal came out brought me to the back. I explained my pain/sleep issue and she quickly directed me to a few options. Since I wasn't sure how they would react, I bought a few of them to try. I mostly use edibles since I am not a smoker. I tried their peanut butter cups and tried them the first night. It did a great job with the pain and sleep. Crystal listened to my needs and helped my find excellent options. I'll keep trying the other items I purchased to see how they compare to the PB cups but it's helpful when the shop can find what you need. Ask for Crystal...she's very friendly and knowledgable.

The staff are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Atmosphere is clean and very positive and inviting. This was my first visit as I am a Canadian patient, the process took all of 5 minutes.

I'm an Arizona medical patient, and this was the first, and only dispensary I've been to in Nevada. I needed to make a quick stop to pick up something for my nausea. If all dispensaries are this awesome in Nevada, I may have to consider moving lol. Everything is so nice, bright, clean, and welcoming. The staff was amazing. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me to give a shout out to her. I also love how the packaging is labeled with testing results. And the Bruce Banner crumble was an excellent suggestion. I'll be in again my next trip north

Second time issue here with being overcharged. Who opens their bag & scrutinizes the receipt in the store or parking lot ? I won’t be returning.

what's the point of having a menu online if not updated? didn't have 3 of 3 strains I went to buy, the bud tenderer didn't even recognize the strains I asked about! didn't buy anything and went somewhere else.

Excellent experience! Clean, friendly, fair knowledge. Said nurse Availible 2 days aweek, and I needed an appointment. Looking for a dispensary to help me find the best strain for my pain, with topicals to try. I bought DWFlo. It was uplifting, helped me forget my pain but the buds were dry. Diffidently worth trying- 10% discount first visit.
