Too expensive to start with and after July 1 a 25% increase is usurious. Might as well be buying from the cartels if you buy here because it's all about PROFIT! BOYCOTT ALL OF THE ESSENCE DISPENSARIES UNTIL THEY GET REAL ON COST!

Quick registration, nice location across from Trader Joe's. Certainly looks to be one of the widest selections in the valley, complete with high CBD strains that can be difficult to track down even in the well-established medical markets of other states. Crystal was really helpful, definitely glad I took her recommendation with the HeadCheese: astronomical THC aside, this is hands down the best smelling jar I've ever put my nose in. Christie (?) was quick with the transaction portion, and all staff was very pleasant to deal with throughout my visit. HEFTY first-timer discount was much appreciated! I'll certainly be back for more.

I took my mom here on Mother's Day. Allen helped us both. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really liked that he would actively look up info on the specific effect of the terpenes on the conditions I needed to treat. So many budtenders will tell you anything to get you in and out and go on the he next customer. He made us feel like we were his priority. They had a great selection and were well staffed. We will definitely be back. We love you Allen!

This was one of the best experiences I have encountered. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and Denicka hands down was exceptional.. all 10's! Thank you all and looking forward to using the call ahead option for orders.. hella nice that you all understand that the efforts to get it done on a lunch break. Oh and goes without saying. The med tho are some of the best quality. I will be back to try Mr. Kahlifa's veggies.

See TL;DR for short summation. First time here ( I live out of state ). Check-in for out-of-state patients was fairly straight forward. All of their staff is very friendly and professional. The back room is reminiscent of MIB's big white room lol. Its not bad just big and bright, nice and open space. I enjoy the way the bud tender really sticks with you and is there to answer any questions for you on the spot, displaying their knowledge of their medicine. The meds, oh boy, lets just say my bud tender told me I could make frequent trips out there and I jokingly brushed it off, however, no joke. The meds are on point. I was beyond ecstatic to get my hands on some quality dry sift! I didn't believe the quality they advertised for all of their meds but, their meds really are that good. Must try is the SinMint (go figure, COOKIES!). I have already made plans with the wife to make the trip from AZ more often :) TL;DR Great meds. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Only con I have, because I'm a cheapskate, is getting on par with Vegas on the discounts. Other than that, this place is will not disappoint.

First off I'm a very frequent shopper at the other locations. I've stopped in the Henderson location a few times and never again. I'm tired of the hassle to buy here as a medical patient. I understand there was a computer update, the other locations went through it too. Funny enough they don't have all of your information and discounts at the Henderson location. Both times I've came in to get my medication I've had to wait an exceptionally long time so management could verify all of my information I gave them last time. Never did receive my correct discount. I also noticed that the prices are way higher than the Strip and Tropicana locations. Even the budtenders attitudes were cold. I'll stick to the other two locations. Better customer service and prices.

Several issues right off the bat. If you have sensory issues at all, avoid this location. The store is always blaring loud music and the lights are extremely bright. If you're having sensory episodes of any kind do not go into this store. Secondly, if there is an issue through the online ordering Essence will simply put the blame on GreenRush and not try to help you solve your issue whatsoever. The manager will laugh at you on the phone and make fun of you if you bring any issues up to them. My experience isn't the typical experience. Most days Essence isn't that bad. But, when a medical patient has to leave bed, when they're having seizures, to go physically look at their meds to make sure everything is right. That is an issue. Whether Essence wants to recognize it or not. These people aren't disabled so they don't get it. So they'll continue mocking people like us thinking our problems are insignificant. Most people may be okay with that. But, I spend too much damn money on meds that I need to be treated like such crap. There's too many dispensaries in Las Vegas, and in a city that's known for hospitality, I don't think any business can afford to treat their clients so miserably. #VEGASSTRONG #Epilepsy

Brandy sets the stage with her smile, kindness, openess, honesty, and helpfulness to check to see if they have what I want before I venture over there. The outpouring of knowledge is much appreciated. The patience is Truly appreciated. The friendliness is awesome and You all will be very Pleased to walk into Essence of Henderson, get your purchase and leave like you can't wait til you run out to come back to see these Beautiful souls. This was my first visit to a dispensary of any kind and I'm so thankful that I picked essence! After checking in I was met by Heather and I'd love to thank her once again. She was very knowledgeable as to the different products offered and very professional. This is my number one choice, and probably only choice since they also offer free delivery with a certain amount purchased!

This place is amazin every time I go. Andrew, jesse, kelly, travis, gavin, jon lets face it everyone there make you feel absolutly at home... The place is booming almost all the time but each agent attends to every guests needs with compassion and understanding. The products are always fresh and very flavorful with specials all the time . they now also have a very attractive glass case on display with super competitive pricing. If its your first time purchasing or just have not visited this location I would " highly" suggest trying this place out.
