What a great place. I've smoked for 21 years but have never been in a Dispensary. Rise is close to me so I decided to go there. They also enticed me with the $99 oz specials. WHAT? So I drive there, it's about 6 minutes away from me, so that's great. I chit chat with the friendly security guard who opens the door for me. I didn't get any names, so sorry. But the guy in the front was very welcoming and when I mentioned the oz specials he was on it. Telling me his favorites, what they did etc. I almost expected an up sell. Like ''Sure you could get that for $99 but this for $240 is sooooo much better'' but there is nothing at all like that here. I got information from the guy who took my ID and then went into the ''store.'' Someone was there to help me right away. I got an Oz of OG Story and it was very easy to order. I went to the back of the store where a guy motioned for me to come to him and asked my name. Then I went to pay for it. It was on sale, so no first time customer discount, but I 100% expected that. And the employee even doubled checked with a Manager, which was really nice of him to do. I was pretty sure they were going to hand me a Ziploc bag of Oregano but NO! Full buds, no shake whatsoever, 22% THC. Packed in an adorable mason jar. I was super impressed. The store was clean, had a great atmosphere and was filled with very friendly employees. I got a percentage off the screens I bought and after the discount they were basically free. Like a kid on Christmas morning I hurried home to try out my new treasure. It broke up great, it was sticky, no dryness here at all. I love the taste, I love the relaxation, and yes, I am a bit euphoric. I highly recommend this Dispensary, and don't be afraid to try their $99 oz specials.

I love this location! Today I was greeted by such a happy receptionist Cheyenne! Then went in and was helped immediately😉. Love how they care about their medical patients

Ive been a weekly customer since they were Essence next door. Get deliveries 2 - 3 times a month and all I can say is they have only gotten worse as time goes by. I spend about $400 a month here… I expect to use the debit system and expect to have a website that promotes ease of use and neither are true. Their website has become the worst site I have used since the 90’s. Pages crash. They want codes for every sign in? Its menus and ui are so unintuitive. Not only that the debit systems down so I have to get up at 830 to go get cash. Just to wait until 10:55 for my 9-11 window. When the driver gets here he tells me “yeah i saw you put your order in last night but you live the closest so I do a full loop that ends on you.” Wtf? If I put in a pizza order it is delivered in the order of receiving the order. Why am I last if I’m the closest? Makes no sense. Get a new manager
