This was our first time visiting a dispensary and everyone was super friendly. Malu assisted us and she was beyond AMAZING she was very patient and answered all of our questions and really took the time to explain things to us which we loved! If you’ve never been to a dispensary I would definitely come check them out they’re super friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone just seems to have a great time with eachother. I just loved the over all feel, service and the flowers Malu suggested were as she described. THANK YOU GUYS!!! We’ll be back next trip!!!

Essence is a fabulous dispensary and I really like the products available, the deals on offer and the staff. I never have to queue for long and when i do (when you were implementing that hellish new system) they were kind enough to give out free prerolls. Now THAT is customer care. When it's hot, they dish out the water bottles. It really goes a long way. Youre more than a dispensary - you're a family home open for sales and that counts in Hendo. Best wishes to all and i'll be in making you all laugh soon.

I've been a MMJ patient since 1997 and have visited many dispensaries over the years. I have been coming to Essence Henderson since its opening a year ago. We aim to provide an unmatched level of service and the highest quality, all-natural medical marijuana available in Nevada that is unsurpassed in taste and therapeutic qualities. This is part of their directive and it was proven to me during a recent visit. I had purchased an edible product that was mislabeled by the manufacturer and did not live up to Essence standard of quality. After contacting them on phone about the situation I took the remaining product back to them. Kelly... very understanding took excellent care of not only my medication needs but the whole situation. Over the past year I've gone a couple of times to other dispensaries in the Vegas area, but i have made Essence Henderson the only place for my MMJ needs. I've never been so calm and felt at home visiting a dispensary. The selection of strains as well as different types of products not to mention the prices are not the only reason i choose essence... It's the staff... Kelly was so kind and professional as well as the WHOLE staff. Essence stands behind what they offer and they stand next to you with all your needs... Five Stars to all the staff... The fist sentence of your directive says it all.

This was my first experience at this dispensary and this location. I traveled here all the way from North Las Vegas, as I was looking for a particular strain, and Leafly listed this location as the only one in Las Vegas who carried it. Ahrron (sp?) at the front door checked me in and registered me and my husband as first time visitors. He was friendly and efficient. Our Budtender Kris was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He had the strain that I was looking for, and even recommended another strain that had some of the benefits and qualities that we were interested in. We left with 2 different strains to try and because Kris was so straightforward with his information and recommendation, we walked away extremely happy customers. So glad we stopped in and we'll be back again!

The girls at the front used to be so friendly. Sierra helped me today. I asked lots of questions and made her grab like a bunch of different strains. She was so patient with me and so knowledgeable about the bud. Thanks Sierra!

Ive been a weekly customer since they were Essence next door. Get deliveries 2 - 3 times a month and all I can say is they have only gotten worse as time goes by. I spend about $400 a month here… I expect to use the debit system and expect to have a website that promotes ease of use and neither are true. Their website has become the worst site I have used since the 90’s. Pages crash. They want codes for every sign in? Its menus and ui are so unintuitive. Not only that the debit systems down so I have to get up at 830 to go get cash. Just to wait until 10:55 for my 9-11 window. When the driver gets here he tells me “yeah i saw you put your order in last night but you live the closest so I do a full loop that ends on you.” Wtf? If I put in a pizza order it is delivered in the order of receiving the order. Why am I last if I’m the closest? Makes no sense. Get a new manager

What a great place. I've smoked for 21 years but have never been in a Dispensary. Rise is close to me so I decided to go there. They also enticed me with the $99 oz specials. WHAT? So I drive there, it's about 6 minutes away from me, so that's great. I chit chat with the friendly security guard who opens the door for me. I didn't get any names, so sorry. But the guy in the front was very welcoming and when I mentioned the oz specials he was on it. Telling me his favorites, what they did etc. I almost expected an up sell. Like ''Sure you could get that for $99 but this for $240 is sooooo much better'' but there is nothing at all like that here. I got information from the guy who took my ID and then went into the ''store.'' Someone was there to help me right away. I got an Oz of OG Story and it was very easy to order. I went to the back of the store where a guy motioned for me to come to him and asked my name. Then I went to pay for it. It was on sale, so no first time customer discount, but I 100% expected that. And the employee even doubled checked with a Manager, which was really nice of him to do. I was pretty sure they were going to hand me a Ziploc bag of Oregano but NO! Full buds, no shake whatsoever, 22% THC. Packed in an adorable mason jar. I was super impressed. The store was clean, had a great atmosphere and was filled with very friendly employees. I got a percentage off the screens I bought and after the discount they were basically free. Like a kid on Christmas morning I hurried home to try out my new treasure. It broke up great, it was sticky, no dryness here at all. I love the taste, I love the relaxation, and yes, I am a bit euphoric. I highly recommend this Dispensary, and don't be afraid to try their $99 oz specials.

Good luck ever buying an ounce! Prices are unaffordable. Would not recommend
