Fine Fettle - Newington

I'm newer to the medical marijuana world but I've been to a few dispensaries in CT and Fine Fettle in Newington is by far my favorite. Easy to get to, ample parking, clean open space, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, consistently great and changing selection, pricing is about $1-$4 cheaper here than another dispensary I used to go to. I don't know anyone by name here, but every time I go, I feel like I'm treated like an old friend and the staff seems happy to see me. If you are intimidated by the process of buying medical cannabis in the state of CT, you would be doing yourself a great favor by starting at Fine Fettle in Newington. The rewards program is also awesome and I almost always find I have points to redeem or a coupon waiting for me. Thank you so much for making my steps into the world of cannabis so pleasant and welcoming!

They should B worked with me above and beyond… Issues coordination contact with pharmacist. They worked with me on initial contract -to contract with pharmacist, to pick up. Fine experience, fine customer service, eased my high anxiety as I am today…. A+

I am new to the CT medical scene but chose Fine Fettle due to a referral from a friend. I can say hands down without a doubt that I made the right decision. All the products and staff are awesome!

I’ve shopped at fine fettle for almost a year now, the three biggest things a customer looks for in a medical dispensary is the Quality of product, price of product, and customer service. Fine fettle embodies that. After your third visit, you’ll feel like you’ll know almost everyone’s name, everyone is very personable, efficient and helpful with anything we may need. A bonus is that lots of staff members are familiar or do use medicinal products as well, so if you are overwhelmed by the variety, ask for recommendations, they’ll know the questions to ask you to make sure it first your preference.

Overall great dispensary. Great staff. Lines can get a little long during rush hour but I’m sure that will get better as new places open.

The staff is super helpful and despite there sometimes being lines, it’s never really that long of a wait. The only downside is quality(or rather quantity). It isn’t their fault though that there has been shortages. I visit regularly!

I transferred from another dispensary once FF opened since it's so much closer to me. Like anything, it's got good points and bad points. There are staff members that suck. There are staff members that don't suck. The place and the aesthetic are nice enough, it feels new, etc. It has a lot of dead space, though, and it can feel cavernous with echos and all. It would benefit from some kind of filler to absorb some sound. The quality can't really be graded because the same growers are at every dispensary. The quality is perfectly fine but that has nothing to do with FF. One thing that (IMO) has to go is the rewards/points system. And it's not a huge deal, more of an annoyance. FF's prices are a little bit higher than other dispensaries because, well, they have a rewards program. Why can't the price just be the price? I'm sure some people love the program because they think they're saving some money (they're not) and you could say that it all comes out in the wash. I don't like feeling manipulated by businesses because we are all of the time, I prefer simplicity and to cut out any unnecessary bullshit in life. Rewards programs included. On the whole, they're great. I actually enjoy going. They have medical Marijuana. That I can buy. Who is really going to complain about that??

I switched to FF Newington about a month and a half ago and I love everything about it. The staff is super helpful and friendly, they seem to always have cheaper prices than the first dispensary I went to, lots of parking space and you're not left standing outside for 10 minutes waiting to get in the building because only 3 people are allowed in at once like my old dispensary. Which I really appreciate because I feel like my privacy is protected at Fine Fettle more because I've never had to wait outside there. Maybe it's because they have a bigger building? Not to mention once you get inside the building there's just such a really good laid back vibe about the place.

My favorite dispensary in the tri state area for medical Marijuana! Great staff, great locations, great deals , would reccomend.

I came in first thing at 9 am as a first time patient. I was greeted by the staff and assisted with registration paperwork almost immediately. The pharmacist was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to introduce products and services. Between the first time discount and free Theraplant swag, I am very glad I chose this dispensary!

Always a great selection, and staff is very helpfull!!
