Friendly staff, usually very quick service

I switched here a few months ago and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff is unfailingly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great selection and prices. Comfortable atmosphere, usually short wait times so I’m in and out pretty fast. I don’t feel like a consumer here, I feel like a person and a patient, and I get real attention and consideration when I ask a question. I recommend this dispensary to anyone and everyone!

If you like fast service, informed staff and great choices then this is the place for you!! From day one I was impressed with the level of business they have. Fine tuned in and out, I have to tell you I have friends that go to other dispensaries and the headaches I hear them talk about makes me that much more grateful for my choice. Come check them out!!!

From the entrance to exit, the FF team and facility provide the best cannabis shopping experience I have ever had. Not only are the staff kind and welcoming at every visit, they can recommend the products that fit best for you.

So glad I made the switch. Jessica is so knowlegable, finally a budtender who knows what I'm saying, as we're the other staff very sharp and on point. Dont have to wait outside in lines in the cold place has a great atmosphere...they have a sweet ass chrisstmas tree, just pleasant!!!👍👍

This was my first time at Fine Feddle in Newington and it it now my dispensary of choice in CT. I had been going to a closer dispensary but had constant problems with lack of inventory and lack of patient-care focus. At FF Newington, they made me feel like a human again and cared! Kyle, the Pharmacist, spent time to transfer my information and expedite my order. There is adequate parking and I felt safe. Being disabled, I had to process my order for “curbside pickup” and they were able to accommodate me. Hours are convenient. Selection of products are better than other dispensaries. Online ordering is convenient, but they actually answer the phones and email. Quality of products is excellent. Coupons and promos are given out on your first order. The staff are very friendly. I don’t mind the extra drive to get better service and products in stock. I highly recommend this dispensary. Thank you again to Kyle and everyone else at Fine Feddle in Newington for making this a pleasant experience.

I just got my medical card this year , and i chose fine fettle as my dispensary. I gotta say i am certainly satisfied and happy with the service ive gotten every visit. The facility is clean , the workers are very nice & helpful . Not to mention their menu of cannabis is top notch ! Their isnt one product ive ordered , that i didnt like . I would definitely recommend connecting with finefettle . ( I perfer newington location )

I’ve shopped at fine fettle for almost a year now, the three biggest things a customer looks for in a medical dispensary is the Quality of product, price of product, and customer service. Fine fettle embodies that. After your third visit, you’ll feel like you’ll know almost everyone’s name, everyone is very personable, efficient and helpful with anything we may need. A bonus is that lots of staff members are familiar or do use medicinal products as well, so if you are overwhelmed by the variety, ask for recommendations, they’ll know the questions to ask you to make sure it first your preference.

Everytime I visit there they know there customers by first name. Polite and friendly and always there when you need something.
