Fine Fettle - Newington

Great vibe here but still very knowledgeable and on point. I transferred from another dispensary sine this is much closer and much more convenient. Products are awesome. I’m happy to be a customer here

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable and a pharmacist is on site which is great!!

I transferred to Fine Fettle in Newington when they first opened (1st official transfer patient on the books!) back in October with a heavy heart having really enjoyed my experiences at my previous dispensary, however the staff over at Fine Fettle has absolutely blown away all of my expectations with their outstanding customer service, great rewards program, prime location with plenty of parking and just overall excellence in the manner in which they operate in every way. I’m proud to be a member of the #FINEFETTLEFAM and would like to give a special shoutout to Ben, Dennis and Eric for always going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I always receive the same level of excellent service each and every time. They have a great wide-ranging product selection, along with convenient online ordering that is fulfilled super fast all while you receive status updates. This is the best medical marijuana dispensary in the state of Connecticut hands down!!

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, their inventory is vast, and the quality of their products meets the highest standard.

Best staff always helpful with recommendations . It is overwhelming learning the difference between strains and product types !! It is always nice to get educational info too ! It hasn’t failed they always ask how your doing make you feel part of the community . very pleasant experience every single time and sometimes that could be 3-5 times week depending on the week. Clean professional beautiful place .

Great clean, relaxing, atmosphere with knowledgeable staff. Everyone is very friendly, and willing to help with any questions you may have. The rewards program is also a sweet deal since none of the other dispensaries have anything like that.

Walking into the dispensary for the first time, I felt like I was at a doctors office(I mean that as a compliment). Everyone was very kind and professional and made me feel welcome. It was a little confusing to navigate for a first timer, but it's set up very securely and i like that. The actual dispensary area looked like a hotel lobby(again, compliment) but with a medicinal bar LOL. Everyone was practicing safe social distancing and/or wearing a mask, and were super friendly. I'm so happy with Fine Fettle so far!

Fine Fettle is truly the best dispensary in Connecticut. I have frequented two others prior to switching to FF, so I say that with confidence. Eric and Dennis are excellent and their customer service is always top notch. I’ve had a few issues with my card or with my order and they’ve always reached out to me by phone to correct everything. Fine Fettle’s point system is AWESOME! You can get some really cool and valuable items with your points. All of the dispensary technicians and front office staff are welcoming, kind, and informative. Went to my first Fettle Fest today and that was great! I just love how friendly and helpful the entire staff is here - I've been coming for a while now, but for my first dispensary experience ever, you've set quite the standard!

My first visit with finefettle family was beyond my expectations. The phone conversation made me feel comfortable and all the details provided helped me to make my shopping experience easy and happy. I love that they take really good care of their patients and their facility it’s alway very clean! The employees behind the counter are always happy to answer or help you with anything you need! Thanks to new CT laws I tried a dispensary different from my usual, I was hesitant and FF instantly put me at ease! They made the process smooth and simple and have been extremely nice every interaction! 10/10 so far!! Love the staff, love the products, love the location!!
