So glad I made the switch. Jessica is so knowlegable, finally a budtender who knows what I'm saying, as we're the other staff very sharp and on point. Dont have to wait outside in lines in the cold place has a great atmosphere...they have a sweet ass chrisstmas tree, just pleasant!!!👍👍

Some people say Disney is one of the happiest places on earth... I think Fine Fettle (especially Newington!) is one of the happiest places on earth🌎! They have a great selection of Indicas,Sativas and Hybrids in all different forms. They have concentrates, vapes, oils and all sortsa good stuff and accessories for all your Fettle needs. The store is always clean and well cared for. The Staff are GREAT and one of my favorite things about Fine Fettle in Newington! They are friendly, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable professional and FUN!!! They make you feel so comfortable,kinda like you've been a friend for years. With the latest changes and (finally) Adult use they've hired a lot of new staff who are settling in just fine. They have great teachers! Shout out to ALL the Fine staff at Fine Fettle!!❤️✌️❤️ 😁HIGHLY recommend!!🥳🥳

Great customer service

Rewards program is one of the best I've experienced. Also bulk buys is a nice compliment as well. Atmosphere has been welcoming and pleasant. I travel extra distance because of the deals and atmosphere.

Fine Fettle is one of my favorites in CT. There are only a couple but this one is definitely good. Good customer service and good products most of the time.

This dispensary is by far the best around!!! Over 400 products to choose from!!! Not to mention, the customer service is through the roof!! Best by far, hands down!!!

This is a long review, so for you TL;DRers: Fine Fettle is my Cheers. I started in the CTmmp at a different dispensary, as FF had not yet graced us with their awesomeness. Before I was even registered at FF, their customer service was unmatched. "Sure", you're saying, "but, I bet that as soon as you become a patient, the customer service takes at least a small dive, right?" Nope. Not in the least. I admit, I can get a little crazy with questions (Sorry Dennis and Eric! haha), yet these gentlemen always get back to me as soon as possible, usually within 5 minutes. Their recommendations are top notch and every single one of the pharmacists and budtenders are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am not just a patient number at Fine Fettle - and personal touch is important to me. As mentioned in the TL;DR, this place is my Cheers. I walk in and everyone knows your name and greets you with a huge smile and a "Hello". The atmosphere is relaxing, the decor is fantastic, the waiting area is comfortable, the display cases are neat and clean, and lastly, we come to the terp station. At this station, there are items in jars that share certain terpenes as marijuana. For example, there's lemon peel for limonene and pine needles for pinene. It provides examples of which terpenes create which scents and I think it's super creative and informative. This truly is a one stop shop: ATM with low fee, our medicine, and gear. I switched dispensaries about 6 months ago and could not possibly be any happier with that decision! #FineFettleFamForever
