Fine Fettle - Newington

I switched to FF Newington about a month and a half ago and I love everything about it. The staff is super helpful and friendly, they seem to always have cheaper prices than the first dispensary I went to, lots of parking space and you're not left standing outside for 10 minutes waiting to get in the building because only 3 people are allowed in at once like my old dispensary. Which I really appreciate because I feel like my privacy is protected at Fine Fettle more because I've never had to wait outside there. Maybe it's because they have a bigger building? Not to mention once you get inside the building there's just such a really good laid back vibe about the place.

I'm not going to sugarcoat it............ Because there is no need! I'm purely basing this review on my personal experiences to date. But since day one every person that I have spoke to on the phone or anyone that I have spoke to in person and had any interaction with were extremely professional, very helpful, compassionate, super friendly and immensely knowledgeable - but above all, I have been treated like family before I got my temporary card and had selected Fine Fettle as my dispensary. I truly appreciate all the assistance with finalizing the process in becoming a patient. Now my mmp journey begins and I am looking forward to a new regimen for my symptoms and very satisfied with the hands I'm in and the exuding amount of knowledge that has been shown so far. MUCH LOVE TO MY NEW FAM!

Out of all the places I shop my favorite experience is Fine Fettle of Newington Ct. Fine Fettles has a beautiful calming atmosphere quick in and out of our dispensary.

Came here for the first time after going to other places. The selection is awesome, the prices were even better. From walking in i was able to go right up to the counter and pick up my order and it was ready. Looking forward to coming back again!

After transitioning from Prime Wellness in South Windsor about 6 months ago, I can easily say that Fine Fettle blows all competition out of the water. There selection of products is unmatched compared to my previous experience and observations from other nearby dispensaries, as well as there affordable prices which is a big deal for me. On top of this, their reward system is phenomenal compared to one I was previously enrolled in. Fine Fettle gives you many opportunities to earn points, and also allow you to accumulate points so that you may get a better deal. Also, anytime I call I never get put on hold and my questions are answered very quickly. The dispensary itself is also rarely packed so long lines are not a worry. Overall, I am extremely impressed with Fine Fettle and will continue to happily shop here.

Some people say Disney is one of the happiest places on earth... I think Fine Fettle (especially Newington!) is one of the happiest places on earth🌎! They have a great selection of Indicas,Sativas and Hybrids in all different forms. They have concentrates, vapes, oils and all sortsa good stuff and accessories for all your Fettle needs. The store is always clean and well cared for. The Staff are GREAT and one of my favorite things about Fine Fettle in Newington! They are friendly, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable professional and FUN!!! They make you feel so comfortable,kinda like you've been a friend for years. With the latest changes and (finally) Adult use they've hired a lot of new staff who are settling in just fine. They have great teachers! Fine Fettle would get 20 stars if it were allowed lol. That's how great of a dispensary they are. From the moment you walk through the front door, you are greeted with respect and a smile, to the pharmacists and budtenders helping you to the best of Thier ability, to the actual product you are getting. I highly recommend!

Very enjoyable and informative. I surely would recommend this dispensary. It's like the west coast atmosphere without the stigma of a medical office so yea very relaxing and invigerating. I felt I could sit down in privacy when ever I need to ask any question about the prices or the rewards program. Or any other concerns . that I had. I never seen at the other dispensary I went to for a few years. They have a rewards program and discounts for Vets, senior citizens etc. So yes I'm excited to go back and get more points towards my rewards. Just kind of nice I also got ten dollars off my first purchase. So Thank you all Fine Fettlers for making my dispensary change smooth as can be. It took two days and I got a call saying I could come in to complete the change of dispensary intake . It took 20 minutes or so and I was their newest patient. Thanks again Fine Fettlers

I’ve been coming here since opening weekend. It’s a great dispensary and their product shipments have really improved over the last few months. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the rewards program is really beneficial. A++++ on all levels.

Fine Fettle is one of my favorites in CT. There are only a couple but this one is definitely good. Good customer service and good products most of the time.
