Fine Fettle - Willimantic

Warm atmosphere from day 1 i knew this was the place i wanted to go to verry good service great selection and like i said just all around great place. Definitely recomend they wont disappoint.

Very knowledgeable and super friendly staff that treats their patients with world-class customer service! They have a large selection of medicated products to choose from with all kinds of accessories and gadgets to go with! Excellent loyalty program as well! Highly recommended! I had an incredibly comfortable and informative experience visiting Fine Fettle for the first time. Nearly all the employees introduced themselves to me as they explained their normal procedure and got me through the sign-in process. Jack helped me check out the first time and he was incredibly helpful, catching an error in my order and trying to save me as much money on my order as possible without my even having to ask. Another thing I noticed was that several of their staff members working at the time were fluently multilingual, and were able to accommodate another Spanish speaking customer who was in the store at the same time as me. Everything about this dispensary is set up to be accessible and comfortable for the patient, and their selection is incredibly diverse compared to some of the other medical dispensaries in the general area. 10/10 would absolutely recommend choosing Fine Fettle as your dispensary. I live closer to the Newington location, but chose to drive out to Willimantic because they had some products I needed. There's no mask mandate anymore as of this review, and because I'm disabled & high risk for covid, I don't go indoors much when there will be others without a mask. I didn't have a great experience with the no-masks situation at the Newington location because of how the building is designed, but Willimantic is doing a great job. I felt safer there. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they were truly great and the lovely Dave Grohl lookalike at the front explained the layout and how things work there so I never felt confused. As a Neurodivergent person, this made me feel so much less stressed in general.

Been going to Fine Fettle in Willimantic since they opened, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Love the rewards program too! I can't recommend them highly enough ;)

Over one year in and it keeps getting better! Best dispensary in the CT MMP, no contest! Hannah is literal personified sunshine at the front desk, Shane keeps the ambient beatz pumpin’ at all times, Miles brings the smiles (sorry dogg), Sarah knows she’s the new hotness and delivers on that promise, new guy Nick brought the fire even on his very first day, AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST Haley’s spark for life brings it alllll together. Love this crew!

I love this place. Period it's the best dispensary in all of Connecticut. You start your experience by meeting with the customer service reps in the front of the house, and they are insanely kind and cool! Then you meet the budtender's and they are amazing they elevate the experience in a way that acts like a crescendo of customer service. They discuss the product to make sure you are informed on your purchase, They develop rapport with you they really try to get to know you and what you like, & they offer amazing suggestion I know I was suggested a bubble hash that helped me sleep better than I have in the last 5 years. The selection of medicine available is immense they have a an extensive variety that is ever updating. TLDR: They're the best. Go there. Switch Over. You will not regret it.

I placed my medical order at 11 AM, order to be picked up for 12-12:30 1. They called and asked me to send personally identifying documents to an unsecured email 2. Upon arrival informed me I had to fill out an intake survey 3. Made me wait an additional 90 minutes outside to put two items into a bag. Didn’t get my order until 1:30 Don’t come here for medical. They let at least 20 people in and out while I waited 90 minutes. If I had known it would have been such a hassle, I would have just paid extra and purchased rec.
