They have a large selection of medicated products to choose from with all kinds of accessories and gadgets to go with! Excellent loyalty program as well! Highly recommended! I’ve been 3 times since I started the program. Each time I have been welcomed with a big smile and joy! Everyone here makes you feel so comfortable like you’ve been going to them for years. They are all so knowledgeable and make sure you have everything you need.

Great people! Even with covid limiting the number patients inside you are never rushed and everyone always takes their time to make sure you get the care you need.

I absolutely love the environment and energy the staff out into the facility. The staff are always so helpful and the decorations are always updated. They provide a lot of helpful informations and tips, it’s just great. Would definitely constantly promote this dispensary if I was an influencer, lol!🤍🤍.

I live closer to the Newington location, but chose to drive out to Willimantic because they had some products I needed. There's no mask mandate anymore as of this review, and because I'm disabled & high risk for covid, I don't go indoors much when there will be others without a mask. I didn't have a great experience with the no-masks situation at the Newington location because of how the building is designed, but Willimantic is doing a great job. I felt safer there. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they were truly great and the lovely Dave Grohl lookalike at the front explained the layout and how things work there so I never felt confused. As a Neurodivergent person, this made me feel so much less stressed in general.

for the first couple years (when it was medical only) I praised the place for its high-quality products and pricing it was a great place to go. now that they went to medical and adult use I can't say that anymore you rarely find the high thc products anymore and even the low percentages are $40 or more now, it was never like that it was only over $40 when it was 30%thc or close to it but now even a 15%thc is $44. great staff very helpful but hard to get anything anymore it's a shame spending quite a bit more for lower quality products.

I placed my medical order at 11 AM, order to be picked up for 12-12:30 1. They called and asked me to send personally identifying documents to an unsecured email 2. Upon arrival informed me I had to fill out an intake survey 3. Made me wait an additional 90 minutes outside to put two items into a bag. Didn’t get my order until 1:30 Don’t come here for medical. They let at least 20 people in and out while I waited 90 minutes. If I had known it would have been such a hassle, I would have just paid extra and purchased rec.

Edward was a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful during my interactions at Fine Fettle recently. You'll just have to go to experience Fine Fettle of willimantic! I've gone at least a dozen times and I've never had a bad experience yet.

Fine Fettle has the greatest staff and they always make me feel very welcome everytime I visit. Not only is the staff very friendly but they are also extremely knowledgable and can help with any questions.

Every trip to fine fettle in willimantic has been a pleasant experience. Staff members are always upbeat and knowledgeable about the products . Staff make it a priority to serve medical patients first therefore not having to wait in a line. I recommend the willimantic FF to all my friends.

I spent a couple thousand dollars here last year. After a while I noticed the same employee(s) opening my CTPharma containers and stealing my buds. Wether it was him or somebody in the back preparing my pre order I'm not sure. Anyway I stopped coming here a long time ago due to shady practices. I've went to The Botanist and Higher Collective other local dispensaries and I've never had a issue with any product. Fine Fettle has the audacity to say I'm insinuating something when it's happened to me on multiple occasions. They must think it's alright for their employees to steal from customers. I would steer clear of this establishment and take your hard earned money to another local dispensary you can trust.

Fine Fettle is the best dispensary in CT. I always go here or Newington!
