Fine Fettle - Willimantic

Really friendly staff that has helped me find the right item for my specific need. It's also nice to not feel rushed to pick out an item and the prices are fair. Definitely my go-to.

Fine Fettle changed my perception of dispensaries. From cold & sterile to a Warm welcoming atmosphere. The employees are Wonderful to talk with, about products or general chit chat. They love their community. I may have a Rival dispensary 1.6 miles away, but I Usually wind up at FF for the better product & more reasonable price.

I love this place. Period it's the best dispensary in all of Connecticut. You start your experience by meeting with the customer service reps in the front of the house, and they are insanely kind and cool! Then you meet the budtender's and they are amazing they elevate the experience in a way that acts like a crescendo of customer service. They discuss the product to make sure you are informed on your purchase, They develop rapport with you they really try to get to know you and what you like, & they offer amazing suggestion I know I was suggested a bubble hash that helped me sleep better than I have in the last 5 years. The selection of medicine available is immense they have a an extensive variety that is ever updating. TLDR: They're the best. Go there. Switch Over. You will not regret it.

So where do I begin.. I must say the dispensary looks awesome as soon as you walk inside and you’re greeted by the most friendly helpful staff I’ve come across in any retail environment. The selection is outstanding the privacy is amazing I love that I can order online and all I have to do is wait for a text to go pick it up could you ask for anything better. The staff is so knowledgeable they have helped me With my pain management needs, my Sleepless nights and they have taught me which strains help with my anxiety I highly recommend

I bring my blind father here every weekend, and they're great at making sure he gets where he needs to go and everyone who works there have to be the kindest people on the planet.

I had an incredibly comfortable and informative experience visiting Fine Fettle for the first time. Nearly all the employees introduced themselves to me as they explained their normal procedure and got me through the sign-in process. Jack helped me check out the first time and he was incredibly helpful, catching an error in my order and trying to save me as much money on my order as possible without my even having to ask. Another thing I noticed was that several of their staff members working at the time were fluently multilingual, and were able to accommodate another Spanish speaking customer who was in the store at the same time as me. Everything about this dispensary is set up to be accessible and comfortable for the patient, and their selection is incredibly diverse compared to some of the other medical dispensaries in the general area. 10/10 would absolutely recommend choosing Fine Fettle as your dispensary. I have had my medical card in 3 different states & can honestly say you can't beat the service, quality and overall value I find at Fine Fettle, Willimantic. The whole family aka "staff" are super friendly, helpful and makes each visit an exceptional one :) They have a great selection and their concentrates are top notch!! I highly recommend Fine Fettle to all of my friends and family :)

While the cannabis products available were certainly of high quality the staff seemed extremely uneducated about their products. It was unclear how to obtain clear clinical medical information or talk with someone who actually knows the products benefits risks and interactions. It bothers me that there is only a pretense of knowledge even essential oil companies have way more clarity about the information of their product . Of course I will shop here again -dispensary products are good and I’m not going to leave the area I live in - but staff should be better educated and able to answer questions as well as be more genuine in terms of how they comprehend the serious nature of the products they sell.

Like every thing else in ct. the prices here suck, buy your cannabis in Massachusetts if you can.

I am totally new to all of this- just got my MM card a couple months ago and I have to say I didn't know what to expect when I picked up my first order, but I was blown away by the friendliness of the staff. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and you get the impression that they are all really happy to be there and to be helping people. I really enjoy just walking in the place, feel very comfortable and they are always willing to answer questions and offer help. I would recommend this place to anyone- I have nothing to compare it to but can't imagine anywhere else being as nice!

Everyone has such a warm and welcoming vibe about them and the one that was ringing me up at the register was very knowledgeable! My first visit was just such a nice experience and so much better than TVR where I used to go to. Thank you guys so much for everything you do!

This is the first dispensary I've used since getting my medcard and it definitely set the bar extremely high! The rewards programs they offer were a pleasant surprise, as well as the level of hospitality and assistance the always friendly and upbeat staff members provide

I had people suggesting that i go to fine fettle for quite some time.. It took a while, but finally switched from my old dispensary to fine fettle.. It is everything everyone had told me it was.. Great service and AWESOME SELECTION!!! It's nice to have all the little savings when u least expect it..

I love this place! The staff are sweet and knowledgeable, and the facility has a nice layout. You have to preorder and wait to receive a confirmation text before showing up, which makes the process much easier because your order is waiting for you when you get there. Only been once and definitely will be back!
