While the cannabis products available were certainly of high quality the staff seemed extremely uneducated about their products. It was unclear how to obtain clear clinical medical information or talk with someone who actually knows the products benefits risks and interactions. It bothers me that there is only a pretense of knowledge even essential oil companies have way more clarity about the information of their product . Of course I will shop here again -dispensary products are good and I’m not going to leave the area I live in - but staff should be better educated and able to answer questions as well as be more genuine in terms of how they comprehend the serious nature of the products they sell.

Edward was a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful during my interactions at Fine Fettle recently. You'll just have to go to experience Fine Fettle of willimantic! I've gone at least a dozen times and I've never had a bad experience yet.

I spent a couple thousand dollars here last year. After a while I noticed the same employee(s) opening my CTPharma containers and stealing my buds. Wether it was him or somebody in the back preparing my pre order I'm not sure. Anyway I stopped coming here a long time ago due to shady practices. I've went to The Botanist and Higher Collective other local dispensaries and I've never had a issue with any product. Fine Fettle has the audacity to say I'm insinuating something when it's happened to me on multiple occasions. They must think it's alright for their employees to steal from customers. I would steer clear of this establishment and take your hard earned money to another local dispensary you can trust.

The friendliest staff, and definitely the best prices and quality out of the CT dispensaries.

Very happy I made the switch from my old dispensary which was dull and boring in comparison to the music they have here. The chairs are more comfortable too so waiting isn't that bad. If you're stuck outside you won't feel as if you're being profiled under the microscope with questionable credentials such as my old place. People are nice and friendly and you aren't put on hold the instant someone picks up the phone which I learned to appreciate the two times in one day I called during the transition between dispensaries. I've only been here twice and can already definitely this switch as being long-term. Thanks Fine Fettle for providing a completely distinct atmosphere that I didn't otherwise believe existed in other dispensaries, including my old one. Painful experiences be gone.

This is not a user friendly facility. Outwardly the staff is very friendly and welcoming, but their decisions are unreasonable and inflexible. I preordered a small amount of product and upon arrival a few hours later I was told to come back later in the day or go wait in my car - on a freezing afternoon! What kind of dispensary tells their patients to go away or wait in their car? A poor one. I've used two other dispensaries in the state and this one in Willimantic is the most inefficient and unresponsive to its clients' needs.

for the first couple years (when it was medical only) I praised the place for its high-quality products and pricing it was a great place to go. now that they went to medical and adult use I can't say that anymore you rarely find the high thc products anymore and even the low percentages are $40 or more now, it was never like that it was only over $40 when it was 30%thc or close to it but now even a 15%thc is $44. great staff very helpful but hard to get anything anymore it's a shame spending quite a bit more for lower quality products.

Like every thing else in ct. the prices here suck, buy your cannabis in Massachusetts if you can.

I’ve been 3 times since I started the program. Each time I have been welcomed with a big smile and joy! Everyone here makes you feel so comfortable like you’ve been going to them for years. They are all so knowledgeable and make sure you have everything you need.

Hannah is literal personified sunshine at the front desk, Shane keeps the ambient beatz pumpin’ at all times, Miles brings the smiles (sorry dogg), Sarah knows she’s the new hotness and delivers on that promise, new guy Nick brought the fire even on his very first day, AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST Haley’s spark for life brings it alllll together. Love this crew!
