I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Jordan and Stalena are always a joy to see!

I really Love the people that work at this location. I have shopped at other dispensaries and I prefer the level of customer service that I receive here. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable and I really feel like I get the personal attention that I need. I feel like a valued customer and not just a number. Stalena E. is very kind and very helpful. She and many others are the reason I will continue to get my medical Marijuana from Flora Farms in Neosho Mo.

Only thing I didn’t like was I was skipped in like because I signed up for rewards and so my name was called instead of the number but that is the least of my concerns. Loved the products and congrats on rec!

I really liked how they have it set up and the wait was nothing and their deals are clearly displayed for you to look at while you wait. My budtender (83744) was very friendly and very helpful and I am very happy with my purchases. I will be back!!

Absolutely AWFUL experience every time I have tried coming to this dispensary. The last time I was in was the final straw. The budtender admitted he didn't look to see that I had made an online order when he was checking my medical card and would need to get it filled for me really quickly. I don't mind waiting when I know they are busy. After walking out with my purchase, I checked my receipt to see I was charged more than the amount that was printed on my online order receipt. I went back in to question the budtender and he pretended like he didn't know what happened. Come to find out, they sold through the product that I had ordered at the percent I wanted and charged me extra for a higher percent that I did not order. After going back in for a third time and bringing this up to the budtender, they refused to make it right or offer me a refund, saying there was nothing they could do. My advice to you- if something feels off with your purchase, it probably is! Check your receipts well!! Will not be returning after that experience.

Been going since 9/16/22 and have enjoyed every second!! My favorite tender there is Stelena she is an absolute joy and pleasure to have help me. Definitely goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and professionalism!!

Alaina at Floral Farms was amazing!!! She helped me find what I wanted and explained so many things to me! She is very knowledgeable about the various blends!

Came here for the first time during their event celebrating 1 year of rec. Had the pleasure of being helped by Arlien on checking out. They helped me find a good alternative to the product I wanted when the crew in the back were having a tough time finding it. Very much a business vibe throughout the process. A small selection of products are on display as most everything is kept in a separate room that is employees only. After browsing their small viewing of stock, you'll wait for your name to be called, but don't expect it to be in chronological order. A man that I was sitting beside left before his name was called as he said 4 or 5 people, that were behind him in line, had their names called before his. Overall enjoyable experience though and as a member of their rewards program, I plan on visiting again!

It's the people who make a great atmosphere with providing a service for generally unwell people seeking relief from symptoms. I've never really felt like a valued client but the discounts compensate and I always leave happy. The products are exactly what I pay for and it's good value for the price. I give five stars because it's obvious that they are trying to improve. Thanks for the great products Flora Farms!

Yup this is my dispo. I like this one the best. They girls are the nicest. Good product. Good atmosphere. Last time I was in there Adrienne helped me and she was straight up lovely. The bud I got from her is straight fire. Definitely go check this one out and sign up for the email. Lots of good deals.

I have been going to this dispensary for a long time but I must say it has been rocky the past few months. Due to a violation of my HIPPA information by one of their employees, I lost a third of my income. This put a strain on my life and has made things very difficult for me. I started going to other dispensaries to feel them out and found that Flora Farms charges more then most others on the types of products I enjoy. I would still shop at Flora Farms time to time because they are the closest to me and is convenient. After today, I think I will shop elsewhere from now on. The other dispensaries I have been visiting have reward systems that when you build the points you can use them at any time to purchase products. I figured it would be the same with Flora Farms. But no, it's not the same. I spent money to get the points and now in order to use them I needed to purchase another item. Now I know that may sound like not a big deal but, when you have been dealing with a loss of income because of the very dispensary I am talking about this little thing has put me over the edge. Go to Joplin people. It's cheeper and products are just as good. Also, they have strict HIPPA policies in place where as all Flora Farms had to say was, I am sorry we will talk to the employee and it won't happen again. Well sorry doesn't fix the damage you have caused and doesn't make me feel like you would do better in the future.

Too many people on lobby but they move quick.

product is great, understand some are new with the recreational expansion. but customer service was lacking, grabbed wrong product 3 times. didn't seem very knowledgeable about product. all young budtenders, while demographic was more mature customers. hopefully will improve budtender knowledge, listening ability. but product is great. lack luster service as of yet.

The wait time can get a little long but that’s to be expected. The staff is great, Jerimiah is an excellent manager and will take care of you. Also, Isaiah will do you right on recommendations so take his advice. Overall a solid little dispo and where I generally shop 👍
