Having a dispensary down the road from my house was supposed to make things more convenient. It doesn't WHATSOEVER!!! I have to rush here after work to even get anything before you guys close. Did you guys only plan to sell to people without jobs or something? You guys open after I go to work and close before I'm even off on some days. You keep changing your hours, you're open less and less. It's infuriating. I can't buy a gram of any flower. Only 8ths and qtrs, NOT EVEN AN OZ!! Acanza is where it's at. The Compassionate Care Program that they have is the best thing ever. It just sucks that I either have the spend the money on gas to go to Fayetteville and save on flower, or save on gas and get NO price break at Fort Cannabis. Get it together, guys. PLEASE.

don't worry cody34 FFC is on the edge of the rich side if town it pay to keep going elsewhere as I do they know there milking us while they can but I know when another dispensary come to town I'll go there let them see a return of people them after all we dealt with over price pinched bags in the passed and we just did use that dealer anymore and are friends usually follow also FFC not cool to allow a review tell us to go elsewhere and if it's a staff member saying it you can thank him we all got the MESSAGE I said see ya soon but in my way elsewhere Fayetteville for a $205 once of cookies and cream ask about there discount plans

Never felt more like a criminal being greeted by a gun weilding mall cop, unnecessary paperwork that I'm certain violates HIPAA and the worse sales room I have ever seen being small as a closet. You are better off spending the extra $100 and going to Oklahoma, you will save an arm and leg.

Great service, friendly folks I've been to stores in hot springs fayettville and bentonville I liked this one the best the prices wasnt bad compared to others although they do put on specials at the others I hope fort cannabis will offer that soon ... .the quality is great I bought 3 different strains and because I was early i got 10% off I also got a free hat and a ticket to eat free!! I will be a regular customer but I do hope you start offering price per gram this is fort smith poor folks here we need cheaper options!

Beware!! When you get you get the text saying your order is ready and you go to pick it up you have to wait in your car when you get there until they call you and you will wait an hour at min.... I understand the covid-19. Do not understand why it would take them so long the orders are already made and it says it will be ready to pick up when you get there!! Horrible business practices!!!!!

Not a fan of armed guards. Also not big on being required to give up my personal info before even seeing the product room or prices. That's why I have my card right? No I don't want you to spam my email or phone, no I'm not going to tell you how long I've been using, where else I shop or anything else. Also that info (that was worded like they needed it to help us shop) wasn't even sent back with us. Then they lock you in the tiny product room just to discover they had awful prices....We are talking twice as high, for half the product, as other AR dispensaries. Then after all that nonsense they didn't have any indica carts which was all we actually wanted.

Tiny room very cramped when busy. Fair prices on 1/8ths with limited selection. No grams, limited options for 1/4, noting above that. No sales, no loyalty program, no compassion program, no social media or email communication I’m glad they are there, it’s nice to have someone in the area, and their prices are fair for 1/8th. If I had the chance to go somewhere else with sales, better selection or loyalty program I for sure would.

Been a long time customer with these guys and quite frankly I am done . . . its turned into a real ghetto dump. They refuse to hire someone to write script so that their site correlates with leafly yet other dispensaries seem to have no issue with this. 90% of the time they update their site with product it is literally at 3pm which conveniently is the time frame that their online ordering goes down for the day. This behavior is repetitive and obviously planned. Most staff are nice but there supervisor Alisha is exaggeratedly poise to the point of condescension when you ask her for anything. And now to finally top it off they are not ordering new products "its been a week" and there is not a shortage considering all the other dispensaries in Arkansas have a plethora of inventory. Time to take a trip to Fayetteville and stop wasting time, money and, energy on this ghetto dump. Now I eagerly await a condescending reply from Alisha to this message as she is the one who responds to these comments. Which it is abundantly clear she is writing them per previous comments I have read on here about this dispensary, definitely her modus operandi.

Sterile atmosphere. Unfriendly people. Small location with not much parking. I went on the grand opening and don’t plan to return. Save yourself a trip to this one.

Everyone was so helpful and polite. Great service (especially for Day 2 since opening), competitive prices. They don’t mind answering questions and guiding the folks not used to this kind of thing; no one seemed to be rushing the patients, unlike some dispensaries. I’m so happy to finally be able to get my medicine here in Fort Smith! Thank you guys!

I was there the day the line was awful. We were told because of health issues we would not have to stand in line. To let the guard know. Well that didn't go very well the employ was very rude. She tried to embarrass me. I can't stand in this heat. I will pass out. No one was going down the line. There were other people who appeared to have health issues. For those of us that can't stand or tolerate the heat. We need help. That one lady is very rude and hateful.

having nice employees doesn't help. the insanely over priced products that are low in quality, also the short amount of hours your open. I will never point anyone your direction but will relay the information that Oklahoma has a better out of state policy for it patients than Arkansas will ever have.

They charged me a privilege fee I already paid. They only had half a page of flower & were out of half of that! My 10% first time discount was only given on one eighth! Quite frankly, I knew more about the strains than they did! Their prices are a bit cheaper...if, like Acanza, they have it in stock! I'll give you another chance when you make right, otherwise, Purspirit.

My product was misrepresented. If it's 24.7 percent, you shouldn't have to smoke 2 to feel it. The test date was 2 months ago. It was an expensive lesson. But it's the second dispensary I have found like that. Love that it's so close, but I guess I'll have to make the longer drive.

Well I use to have nothing but good things to say about these guys but it has steadily went down hill . . . these so called improvements are certainly improvements for people without physical disabilities, however for those suffering from them however it is not. online order hours have been cut in half, and there is no more side door access. There for the people who are physically impaired now have to hope there product is online and that the order actually goes through because if it doesn't and you try to call for assistance in the matter you are simply told the product must not be available even though you are looking at it on you're screen . . . refreshing repeatedly while you are on the line with the employee. then you have to go to a waiting room to be asked for information that they are going to ask you for all over again in the show room . . . at this point if you have actually successfully placed an order online you now have to wait for them to run to the other side of the building instead of the same room or adjoining room . . . all of this is suppose to be an improvement over simply placing an order online then going to a side door and picking it up.

You advertise 1/4 oz but always sold out no tear pricing I understand you drug you feet for 3 years to open and know you want to make your money i can go up on the hill and get a ounce cheaper and that includes gas I like the staff and what you are trying to do but you need to get it together on the tear pricing and product on hand we don’t want excuse you have had three years
