Came back and definitely got everything right. I called and talked to Nick who not only answered my question on tinctures but also sat what I wanted aside for me . Once I arrived and was aloud into the showroom I got to meet Nick who over anything else is professional and knowledgeable we chatted and he answered more of my questions you guys are doing great just keep expanding thanks nick

I love that I can walk in and out. good vibes from everyone. love the products. I have been 3 times now. I dont like that the only choices are 8th and few 1/4s. I like to buy different grams with my orders. so I can sample before committing on my next visit. but cant here yet. since that's the only flaw. I most definitely will be back. Thank you so much❤💨

yeah that's alot of work for me to have to escentualy schedule my purchase. And then get the right pick up time that's not a line wrapped around the building. No, I'm good. I always try and stay a week ahead or more for fluctuations in actual quantity the dispensary might receive. And that's all I'm going to do. And when I've had enough I'm going back to Oklahoma. Roland Natural Health's menu is always fully stocked and tons of quality concentrates FROM MORE THAN 3 COMPANIES so. I said it before and I'll say it again. The staff is great! Arkansas system is crap and you people know it. Arkansas is the only state having a product shortage of this type right now. Say what you want but flower production can't keep up. And then the seed problem Osage is having. YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT ON SHIPMENTS PERIOD. that's my point. And we lost are chance to vote for change this year. I'm giving 5s because of the employees

All the bud tenders are knowledgeable and can usually recommend the perfect flower for what ever ails you! They are also extremely nice and know me by name, which exhibits just how much customer service means to all of them!! They show that they really care, about all their patients/customers by the way they answer questions thoroughly, without making the patient feel stupid or rushed. I know that sometimes, this takes longer to help that patient but with the new waiting room with plenty of seats (even with having to social distance) which gets us out of the weather for the most part unless they are extremely busy then you can wait in your car until there is room inside. They always go out of their way to be helpful. And let's face it AS HARD AS ARKANSAS OFFICIALS & THE MEDICAL MARIJUANA INITIATIVE-LAW WAS WRITTEN, WHICH MAKES IT COSTLIER, HARDER TO GET, HARDER TO DISTRIBUTE JUST HARDER IN EVERY WAY IN COMPARISON TO JUST ABOUT EVERY OTHER STATE THAT HAS MEDICAL MARIJUANA!! SO I THINK THAT ALL THE STAFF AT FFC ARE TERRIFIC!!😜 AFTER ALL WHERE ELSE CAN YOU GET YOUR WEED UHH I MEAN MEDICINE.... AND SPIN A POKEMON STOP AND CATCH SOME POKEMON TOO WHILE WAITING!!!

everything and everyone there are great. the product could be better. your selection is not that great, I went up north and they have three times more than fcc. in a pinch I'll go there to fcc but any other time I'll go north.

The quality of the Products was great. How to rate a little while but it was Worth buying weed and forward Smith crazy!!! Well way overdue in time …. Although its offsetting having an arm guard there why you just trying to purchase medication I know that very their for their Safety. Divert Enders were Mary nice animal very open to leave you in smelled a product which is great there are very friendly and also even encourage me to come back which are will there was A different vibe after you got behind the 2nd door the people in there really care about the quality product out there and also putting a smile on vacations face that being said the person that help me the 1st time and the 2nd time that I Wealth were excellent even received a free hat. Even though is kinda small the sunshines hope on these hippies.

People are great and the products are usually very good the only problem I had was when I bought a quarter for $55 online and they would not honor it they said it was a mistake. That's been the only problem with the place so far.

This place is a ripoff. They need lots of competition so they will lower their prices and step up their game. Unfortunately Arkansas law prevents most competition. It wasn’t written for the people. It was written to get a few rich guys richer. There are only 8 producers and maybe twenty something dispensaries in the entire state. Fort Smith has one. Up until recently Fort Smith was the second largest city in Arkansas but Fayetteville finally surpassed it. There are pretty good dispensaries in the Fayetteville area because that’s a later get metro area. Prices are better and they seem to get better product there. It’s a more competitive market so the good stuff goes there. Oklahoma will vote on full legalization in March. If that happens these dispensaries in border towns will be put out of business because there is lots of competition in Oklahoma. Prices are way lower and selection is way better. Fort Cannabis/The Greenery, they need to go or they need to stop price gouging. Either works for me. The people working there are nice. I feel bad for them. They don’t set the ridiculous prices.

My favorite dispensary! Everyone is extremely nice and always helpful! I recommend 5/5 I can not say enough how fantastic this dispensary is!!

I love that Ft. Smith is finally getting such a variety of strains to choose from. Everyone who works here is super friendly. I always like when Nick waits on me. He is very knowledgeable and very polite. Would especially love to see some one grams sold to sample different varieties.

I have been to FCC multiple times and am very happy that I have such a lovely little shop so close to home. All of the employees are great, nice cheerful/helpful and full of candor! . . . Well with the exception of "Alisha" but hey you can't let one bad apple spoil the experience. I look forward to seeing renovations in the future when all this Covid-19 mess is over and maybe see some local dispensary grown strains. Keep up the great work guys:)
