It is apparent that there is a lot of care and effort that has come to fruition with ganjarunner. They have set the bar for delivery service. Ganjarunner is reliable and has a wide variety of product to choose from. They were very professional and (my favorite) punctual. The staff was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I am very satisfied and have already started recommending Ganjarunner to other patients.

Yesterday I must have called 20x with questions and issues of someone fairly new to the industry as well as a first time customer and everyone of the women I spoke to were more than amazing! The customer service I given to me before I’d even made an order was exceptional to the highest levels. My delivery driver Brown Suga was the sweetest, happiest woman. Best delivery driver I’ve had from any delivery service I’ve used so far! I am not used to being able to pay with anything but cash, and I’d used my credit card to order yesterday therefore forgetting to get cash for a tip, so I had to pay the poor woman a tip of rolled change! I was mortified but she made it seem like it was the greatest thing when I know it definitely isn’t! Lol. She was so kind to my oversized Labrador who barged out the door to get to her. I know I had zero worries of him being anything but excited to make a new friend but she didn’t, if she was anything but happy about a huge dog just barging out the door to get to her, neither I or my dog would know. I immediately felt Brown Suga, my driver, infect me with a great mood. Her smile, infectious happy disposition, and positive attitude had me adoring her immediately. I suggest this service and/or this driver to everyone and anyone! The 10% off for first time customers was great as well. Everything about the company and it’s employees is top notch A+ for me. I can’t get anyone to deliver to me because I’m outside the city limits, but I am disabled and unable to drive so it’s amazing to have someone deliver and my neighbors would never guess what was being delivered. Knowing I can get what seems to be great brands and products at competitive or cheaper prices is just another bonus. I obviously can’t say enough good about them by the length of the review! Lol

I hate writing reviews, mainly because i'm lazy. But these guys are sooooo good at what they do i feel i owe it to them and others. Chris, James, and everyone else with ganjarunner have such an amazing selection of herb and edibles - especially strong edibles which have become harder and harder to find in shops. The delivery is always quick and on time - 30 minutes actually means 30 minutes with these guys. I used to waste my time (and fuel) by driving to a shop and hoping they'll have what i want. With ganjarunner, it's all available online so i know ahead of time. The cajun flavored goldfish have become my nightly dinner. Soooo tasty!

These guys are the best at everything. Hands down. Feet down. Stop trying other delivery services. Trust me. I started using them about a month ago and have never been disappointed. Their quality selection, their prompt arrival, their knowledge of their products, all make it clear that they really do care about their clients. Seriously. They are above and beyond.

I've never actually been to their storefront but have ordered from their website several times. I live in Northern California and they offer free next day delivery for orders of 75 or more. It's great. I order and the next day I have a discreet box waiting at my door. No having to go out to meet drivers! They carry a large selection of flowers, concentrates, etc and I've never had an issue with any of their products.

I scheduled a delivery for 11am, and it was almost four hours late. After two hours, I called and customer service said the driver was 30 minutes away. After three hours, the driver was then 35 minutes away? The only explanation given was, "Sometimes things come up." Are you serious?! Also, how are you going to make people download a new app and pre-pay with a third party -- already very shady -- and not tell them about it at purchase? I had work today, and I scheduled this delivery at the earliest window because THEN is when I could take delivery. Ganjarunner didn't provide the agreed service or product at the agreed time. This company has caused me lost work and income, which is inconceivable when someone orders a simple delivery.

I’d used this service several times with no issues, but today I called for a scheduled delivery for 3pm. By 4pm my driver hasn’t showed up and there no update call, text or anything. I called to inquire where my delivery was and the woman told me I’d get a call back with that info momentarily. 30 minutes later, I hadn't received an update. I called back and they said “he’ll be there in 15” By 5 pm STILL nothing. I call AGAIN and this time, they say the driver is now 50 minutes away! At that point, I canceled my order. Unacceptable. Worst delivery service I have ever used hands down. Also, the drivers don’t carry change on them. Only service I’ve ever used where they don’t have change- they just take what you give them and pocket the difference for themselves. When I asked about that today I was told “oh you can tell the driver and they’ll apply the difference to your account” that information should be conveyed upfront when a customer first begins using the service. Lastly, their online inventory is often not what they actually have in stock. Never using them again.

I did extensive research for the vape I wanted and discovered no one anywhere near me carried it. Found it only at ganjarunner to purchase online. Decided to spend enough for the free shipping. And was pleasantly surprised by the ftp gift they threw in. Quality packaging and products. Quality customer service. Already planning my next purchase from them!
