This was my absolutely go to for YEARS... and recently they’ve just gone totally downhill. The deliveries take hours, even though they promise is 90 minutes — when you call the follow up about where the delivery is, they’re not honest, string you along saying your delivery is next and act like they’re doing you a favor by doing their actual job... There are a myriad of cannabis delivery companies to do business with, I suggest trying another.

In the past, the delivery and customer service was great. However, as of late it’s as if no one manages the customer service side. I placed an order and it said delivery within 90 minutes. Well, 4 hours passed so I decided to call them. After 10 minutes on hold, no one answered. I tried again and someone hung up on me. I went to email them asking them to call me. They then emailed me saying they called me but I did not answer (wrong), and to call them back at the same number I had been calling previously. Again, no answer. Now here we are 8 hours later still with no delivery and no answers. A few days later I contacted them again and they actually answered... only to tell me that they were out of stock of my product and that they contacted me on multiple occasions... which was not the case. Long story short, they promised to deliver the next MORNING. Needless to say it never came. Glad I didn’t use my credit card!

This is primarily a delivery service throughout the State of California. I tried two other delivery services before trying Ganjarunner but this is head and shoulders above those others. They carry a wide range of flower, vapes, edibles and more and they're well established brands. And their flower is the best I've found. They sell many established strains that are easily found on Leafly which makes it easy to get background information on many of the flower products they sell. And their service is excellent. I highly recommend them.

Really big selection, good prices, and a super 1st timer gift package. But I will be a long time customer because of their top notch staff and customer service.

Been using this service for about a year. Overall I've been happy, but things have gone downhill a bit lately. Have ordered several strains that ended up having THC profiles that were SIGNIFICANTLY lower than advertised. Used to have better drivers as well. Not sure what the issue is, but taking a couple stars off my previous review.

What can I say... There are most dispensaries/delivery services, and than there is Ganjarunner. These guys are the professionals in a field of amateurs. They take the "medical" in medical marijuana seriously, and are first and foremost a holistic minded, healing organization. Ganjarunner has a staff who is incredibly knowledgeable in regard to their many products and once using them, it is easy to see why they enjoy the reputation they do; let me tell you, they've earned it! They offer prompt delivery and I have continuously been impressed with the kindness and candor of their employees. If you are a new patient and have any reservations, rest assured that Ganjarunner will treat you not only with discretion but with respect! Ganjarunner has made it so much more convenient for me to get the medicine I depend upon and can honestly profess that this wonderful company has improved the very quality of my life. Keep it up GR! Outstanding customer service, Lightning Fast Delivery! Highly recommend.

This was the second place I've tried after recently moving to L.A. I wish it had been the first. I had a bit of an experience the first time I went into a dispensary. I didn't know how the process worked or what to buy. I felt rushed and in the end I didn't get what I thought would be great herb. I gave Ganjarunner a try and I absolutely love these guys! They're professional, they're nice and super cool. I was taken aback by the quality and the service these guys give. They put attention into their product. These guys don't make you feel rushed and you don't feel like you're dumb if you're just starting out. They answered all of my questions and gave a great recommendation when I let them know what I was looking for. The first time gift was awesome too! I've already recommended them to a few friends.
