Garden Remedies Marlborough: Med + Adult-use

I am so disappointed with the menu for recreational it was good for a while but it's over I'm going back to my dealer.all dispensaries are a joke.very little selection and big prices.they only care about money and not people.Goodbye.

Shame on you Garden Remedies charging $55 1/8 for peoples medicine. Other local shops are selling for $7 less and this is before taxes. Please get on par for what is an already over priced market.

This is first visit and very disappointed...the weed Chem4 is very weak...yes somewhat of a "calm" effect but no high at all. I regret my purchase...not even close to what I had been purchasing prior to legalization. 90% of products are edibles. So too with CBD joint....little if any effect.

Very quick in and out and decent choices for recreational use despite everyone else’s comments - they clearly haven’t tried other dispensaries in the area that barely ever have anything for adult use. Friendly service as well, definitely will be returning!

I went on Tuesday during lunch time. I pre-ordered on Leafly and went to pick it up, no wait, the dude the rang me up was very chill. The location is really easy to get too, parking is onsite and it was a literal in and out experience like any other errand a person would run and NO SHUTTLE RIDES, buh bye Temescal!!!! The product is great, I have been to 7 dispensaries in Massachusetts, what I got was perfectly dried and seasoned and smokes great. I got 1/8th each of G.O.A.T #12, Sour Kosher and Bruce Banner #3. All three have very nice THC %, smell wonderful and get me HAF! great shopping experience, I will be back tomorrow as it's pay day 😎

Quality seems to have gone down, strains all smell too similar, like literal grass, no more adult options, can only buy an 1/8? Useless, back to black market, used to really like this place

Very poor quality flower ! Lots of sticks and very very dry !! Will not buy from here again ! Temescal in Hudson has amazing flower.

First time here and let me tell you guys ... the easiest transaction ever .. ordered online and literally walked in and out in less than 2 minutes ... so easy a caveman can do it ... no offense cavemen .... no line out the door ... no shuttle ... no hour wait ... just a great experience 🙌🏾

Very poor customer service. . Been here 6 times with earlier visits reasonably positive. Last visit was a terrible experience with staff who could care less. Definitely going to look elsewhere.

Surpasses any other location in MA in terms of selection, avg wait time, convenience and customer service. Happier cashiers here than the other open rec dispensaries. Obviously they are doing something right here? Hint hint

This was the best despensary around, great environment, employees, selection. Since going medical, there has been a big shift. Now, it is very difficult to choose different strains each visit. There are many choices for medical users but for recreational its very disappointing.

First time there and it was a quick, easy in and out. Friendly staff too. Product is great, I'd definitely recommend to others.

This place is amazing. My go-to spot without a doubt! Ignore the b.michaud grinch and his endless whining. All it takes is a little convo with these incredible budtenders to realize the website is down. Putting the blame on them is pathetic. I digress, the service here is always top notch, and yes, there have been inventory issues, but they have bounced back every time. A dispensary isn’t a 7/11. Things come and go. I will always recommend Garden Remedies!

Garden Remedies has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a Seven East disposable vape pen, opened it in the parking lot and it was broken. I went back to the store expecting a refund or new pen that wasn’t broken and they would not replace it or refund it. Because of the online ordering with coronavirus I wasn’t able to purchase another one and was told I would have to place a new order and chose a later pick up time. Nobody cared at all about the product being completely broken and told me to make a complaint on their website to possibly get a refund check in the mail. There are so many better dispensaries around that care about their customers, I will never be coming back here again.

Very friendly staff, awesome location, very convenient, in-and-out. Better than dealing with the places around the city. This is my permanent place moving forward!

I like garden remedies for their product as well as the customer service. I was assisted by Adam, he was very intelligent and knowledgeable. They even let you smell/see the bud prior to purchase which you’d think would be a standard but it’s not. Lots of parking unlike some other places I’ve been. Found my new spot for sure and would recommend over the other dispensaries in the area. (I’ve been to most that have adult use in MA) Keep it up Garden Remedies!!

Consistently quick and easy to get in and out, but the staff there are also great and have answered questions I’ve had on a couple of visits. Definitely the best customer service experience of any of the dispensaries I’ve been to in MA, and the bud is pretty good too!

Every time I go to Garden Remedies Marlborough I am happy with the experience. Today I brought a friend with Multiple Sclerosis who needs more help with symptoms of the disease & has ALOT of questions. Our Budtender was kind, patient and so helpful in his knowledge of product & where to look for more information. Great visit.

I have been here several times and have always been very pleased! The quality of the product, the selection, and the very helpful staff make Garden Remedies one of the best dispensaries I have ever been to!

first time back here since they went medical. the Deadhead og I got is really really good. staff was also great. it seems like the menu is getting back to being decent for both adult use and medical, as it was pretty lacking for a bit. I'm hoping the menu will expand with time. Bottom line, this place still sells amazing bud and is sooo easy in and out. I'm def glad I went back.

Friendly courteous workers the only downside is there's not enough assortment of pre-roll joints for non-medical users. Some days there's only one time and a couple days there's two and then one and then you might get four on another day but it always seems to be one or two varieties

Not only did the staff assemble and bill my Leafly order incorrectly, they were rude and impatient. I guess it was my fault for coming in when there were few customers, the staff finally helped me after I'd stood waiting at the counter for 3 minutes as they yelled their personal conversation over the obscenely loud music. I won't be going back. Product was fine.

Very poor quality weed. Not at all as advertised. Staff is absolutely useless and extremely arrogant.
