I placed a review about a bad experience with Garden Remedies last week. Garden Remedies reached out, explained what happened & honored my order. They (William specifically) handled the issue exceptionally & I commend them for that. Quite honestly I'm happy it all worked out because they are the best dispensary in Mass.

I called yesterday to see if they’d honor me a deal for today since i had car trouble. They told me about a better deal that was going on today instead! The staff is always amazing and their bud is always high quality plus they give out some hydration packets inside of the container to keep it sticky and fresh!

2 out of 2 times the 3.5 grams of flower I purchased was off in weight by ~.3 grams. It really sucks to pay full price but be missing 8% of the product you purchased. My most recent purchase, the flower was packaged less than a week ago, yet was very dry, so definitely not uncured bud losing weight in its packaging. I'll still be coming back because its the most convenient shop in the area.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, and well maintained. The variety is awesome. Making an appointment is key. No long lines!

Good people and good location but the medicine wasn’t fresh and didn’t smell like anything (ok bud but not worth the $$$)

This is the best medical place around Newton. If youre anxious this is the place you should go. The staff knows their stuff. As long as you understand the guidelines that they dont really control, its the easiest, nicest, most anxious friendly place in Newton.

Garden rems is my go too. Appointment/pre orders only, so there’s never a line. In and out, very convenient. Sometimes a limited selection, like only indica flower no sativa, but that isn’t too often. I’m a happy garden rems customer.

Garden Remedies is hands down my favorite dispensary I've been to. It is very clean and small, but well organized for people to get in and out, and there's never a huge line. The only tough part about going is it's kind of annoying to find parking, but once you do your trip will be well worth it. Great bud, great budtenders. And you're gaurenteed to have a great experience. 😌💨🌬️💨

This facility made me feel very comfortable and secure in my decisions. Jake was my consultant today, my first visit ever.. he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He explained the products with examples so that a novice could understand! As we were leaving we also spoke to Katie who also spent time with us and gave us even more confidence in the product we chose for our issues.

If GR were closer to my home or work, it would be my primary shop. The staff is warm and knowledgeable, and extremely receptive to feedback and suggestions for products. Their edible menu is not huge but it stands in my opinion as overall best tasting and very high quality. They also make the best cartridges in the area. I don't buy them elsewhere anymore. My favorite strain hasn't been available lately but when they have it, it's out of this world! Also, this place is run by a doctor (anesthesiologist) which i think is great.

Knowledgeable helpful professional

This was one of my favorite dispensaries. However, their requirement for an appointment, not to mention requiring a 3 hour minimum time of when you can set an appointment from the time you make it is extremely inconvenient. I don't have time to figure out their rules when I can walk into any other dispensary in MY time without having to worry about adhering to an arbitrary schedule imposed on me. Plus, they don't have a parking lot on a very busy Washington Street. It seems like every day for the past several weeks, there's some new policy that they implement without any notice or regard for their patients. It's a shame that they make short sighted, reactionary decisions that negatively impact patients.

I used leafly pickup at this location and it was the easiest process. The associate made excellent replacements and the bud itself has a Californian knocked on her ass. This place is a GEM!
