Harvest HOC - Avondale (Med/Rec)

I like the shop, but they have to pick up the pace, I’m not sure almost an hour to pick up an online order. Ordered in AM picked up after 3, left the shop at 4:45. They were busy, but the problem was my order was not ready and ringing up became a issue. Just need to get it together.

They got Cookie's now🤤 Cookie's. OMW to try the Official Berner Cookies. Haven't been there in a while, super excited to get down there.😻

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Two rude young girls at the front desk should not be helping customers. Very bad. Ask for a manager and some rude young girl came out telling me I had multiple orders. I showed her my text message confirming my order. Extremely unprofessional. Never again.

Quality doesnt match the price. Charging 350 for B+ grade isnt right. Going back to Valley of the sun where the top shelf REALLY IS TOP SHELF!

Came in today to get some flower and wanted the last half oz of gorilla glue from abundant, budtender ends up misplacing it and proceeds to search for it. After about 5 minutes of searching the shift lead Michelle comes and offers me a different strain that I don't want and telling me I'm holding up the line and that I need to hurry up making it seem like I was the issue. She was very unprofessional, rude, & not understanding. When your coming to spend money you should be able to leave the store with what you want and not being rushed to get just what they want to offer you. The leadership team needs some serious training. I won't ever return here again.

Yesterday was my first time visiting this location. The worst thing about it is the drive out there! The storefront is reasonably attractive- especially in comparison to what you drive through to get there-and the inside even nicer. While the location was nice, it will be the employees that keep me coming back! All the employees were very friendly, but my budtender, Will Green, was exceptional! Will was very knowledgeable and helpful, and provided STELLAR customer service! He was able to guide me to EXACTLY what I needed! If you are looking for a good deal, stop in, especially if you are a first time patient..their first time patient deal was nothing to scoff at! Only thing I would like to see done a little differently is giving their tenders the ability to accept tips(because this Angel has has to work to live off of what she made working in customer service too)! I tried giving Will a gratuity, but was told they don't accept tips. It would be nice to be able to show the people who take care of you, particularly the ones who go above and beyond, who have that extra somethin', a little love and appreciation. But an overall GREAT experience, I will most definitely be back!

Harvest is one of the best dispensary simply because of product knowledge and quality products. They are one of the dispensary that carry Cru Cannabis products as well as Potent Plant at this location!! All top notch!

This location simply does not reflect other harvest locations. The first time I went in I was greeted by a security guard who wasn’t the most friendly but nothing I’d call rude . He told me to check in and go back outside. No problem . When I got called in I went into the dispensary no one was in there so I started walking towards the ATM he told me not to use the ATM till I had checked I told him no one was at the front desk and he told me to go back and wait . I was a little confused but again not an issue . After that the owner came to the front desk and we chatted and ended on a great experience. Today about a week later, was pick up day so I tried to call and put in a order for 2 grow science half ozs . The line was busy, I repeatedly called till I got to the location which was about 30 min away . Once I got there that same security guard greeted me with “do you have an order” I said no the phones are busy and I wasn’t sure if you took online orders . I figured he’d help with the online order I just needed a link or website name . But he replied with “oh if you didn’t put a order in I can’t help ya” and walked away . So i tried calling again , after about the tenth phone call it finally connected . I asked the lady for my order and explained I may not have enough on my allotment to make the purchase but my girlfriend is also a card holder and I would like to put it on who ever had enough . She said that that’s fine and it would be ready in 10 minutes. There was 4 people that I counted that were ahead of me at that time . I got back outside and the security told me “it would probably be over an hour wait sooooo” . After we waited about 20 minutes they called me back into the dispensary to pay . Thats when we found I didn’t have the allotment like I tried to explain. I told them I can switch the cards out with my girlfriend and the front desk lady agreed and gave me a ftp paper to have her fill out . She told me once she was finished to bring the paper, state Id, and her med card . Once she finished filling that out she tried to take her paperwork inside the security guard stopped her and said he would take it to her . She gave the paper to the guard and tried to give him the two cards the front desk had requested. He told her he doesn’t take cards . I tried to let him know that the front desk lady had asked for them with the paper and he cut me off and told me to calm down she will ask for the card when it’s your turn. So we got put in the back of the line . Then about 20 minutes later they called her back in to let her know she forgot to give them her two cards they had requested . So again we got put back a couple spots in line . Multiple people who got there after us were taken care of . (Locals were in and out ) he told a guy who had stepped to the side to have a cig to put it out and stand by the door because “he ain’t chasing anyone around”. The whole experience was unprofessional all the way around . They offered a free preroll and a coupon for our next purchase. I understand it’s smart for a company to try to get you back in the doors but you should try to make the customer happy , the shake preroll that they offered on my $300 dollar purchase just doesn’t seem like they care. The owner is a great guy and the bud tenders were polite . However, we waited an hour and some change for a preordered, prepackaged oz . At least we had that wonderful security guard to keep us company for the long wait . Again I haven’t seen this disorganization at any other harvest location . Again I do appreciate the two bud tenders and owner they were very nice . Good people (excluding security) but long waits . Don’t believe 10 minutes.
