Great fast customer service however my online order was given to someone else

Theres always layed back conversations goin on while I'm waitin to get served. Security gaurd was runnin the door like a boss n still bein cool and the servers where on it. Get a tip jar

Dont come here often but the budtenders are always friendly bud selection is always decent

The budtenders are always super cool and nice and helpful on strain traits. The bud even for the value shelf is awesome! Very pleasant music and environment.

This location simply does not reflect other harvest locations. The first time I went in I was greeted by a security guard who wasn’t the most friendly but nothing I’d call rude . He told me to check in and go back outside. No problem . When I got called in I went into the dispensary no one was in there so I started walking towards the ATM he told me not to use the ATM till I had checked I told him no one was at the front desk and he told me to go back and wait . I was a little confused but again not an issue . After that the owner came to the front desk and we chatted and ended on a great experience. Today about a week later, was pick up day so I tried to call and put in a order for 2 grow science half ozs . The line was busy, I repeatedly called till I got to the location which was about 30 min away . Once I got there that same security guard greeted me with “do you have an order” I said no the phones are busy and I wasn’t sure if you took online orders . I figured he’d help with the online order I just needed a link or website name . But he replied with “oh if you didn’t put a order in I can’t help ya” and walked away . So i tried calling again , after about the tenth phone call it finally connected . I asked the lady for my order and explained I may not have enough on my allotment to make the purchase but my girlfriend is also a card holder and I would like to put it on who ever had enough . She said that that’s fine and it would be ready in 10 minutes. There was 4 people that I counted that were ahead of me at that time . I got back outside and the security told me “it would probably be over an hour wait sooooo” . After we waited about 20 minutes they called me back into the dispensary to pay . Thats when we found I didn’t have the allotment like I tried to explain. I told them I can switch the cards out with my girlfriend and the front desk lady agreed and gave me a ftp paper to have her fill out . She told me once she was finished to bring the paper, state Id, and her med card . Once she finished filling that out she tried to take her paperwork inside the security guard stopped her and said he would take it to her . She gave the paper to the guard and tried to give him the two cards the front desk had requested. He told her he doesn’t take cards . I tried to let him know that the front desk lady had asked for them with the paper and he cut me off and told me to calm down she will ask for the card when it’s your turn. So we got put in the back of the line . Then about 20 minutes later they called her back in to let her know she forgot to give them her two cards they had requested . So again we got put back a couple spots in line . Multiple people who got there after us were taken care of . (Locals were in and out ) he told a guy who had stepped to the side to have a cig to put it out and stand by the door because “he ain’t chasing anyone around”. The whole experience was unprofessional all the way around . They offered a free preroll and a coupon for our next purchase. I understand it’s smart for a company to try to get you back in the doors but you should try to make the customer happy , the shake preroll that they offered on my $300 dollar purchase just doesn’t seem like they care. The owner is a great guy and the bud tenders were polite . However, we waited an hour and some change for a preordered, prepackaged oz . At least we had that wonderful security guard to keep us company for the long wait . Again I haven’t seen this disorganization at any other harvest location . Again I do appreciate the two bud tenders and owner they were very nice . Good people (excluding security) but long waits . Don’t believe 10 minutes.

the meds are great. They still hold me down while we're all going through the things and depression as always here for the people best meds in the West

This by far is definitely my favorite. Not only do they have the friendliest staff but also the most knowledgeable (in my opinion anyways ☺️👍). I highly recommend visiting and seeing for yourself

I like the shop, but they have to pick up the pace, I’m not sure almost an hour to pick up an online order. Ordered in AM picked up after 3, left the shop at 4:45. They were busy, but the problem was my order was not ready and ringing up became a issue. Just need to get it together.

Went here once a never stopped comin since.. good customer service and bomb medical flower never been disappointed abt the quality..

Whole dispo is Ass. Nothing ever is in stock always canceling online orders with no explanation. You guys spend your money somewhere else where the dispos care about their product and customer service. DONT SPEND IT HERE

The customer service is getting worse here. Yesterday the older lady at the check in barely looked at my wife and I and made us wait at the counter while she did something on her computer with out acknowledging we were there for a few minutes. When we went in , the bud tender was rushing us and seemed annoyed with us( it wasn't even that busy) . I have been coming here because it's close and I get a Vet. discount but If this horrible customer service continues I will just go elsewhere like Valley of the Sun that is down the street.

The customer service is always terrible also the bud tenders dont know any information about the product they sell, introduce automation unfortunately the labors you have working for you dont care for your business or its customers, I guarantee a vending machine is alot cheaper, faster, and convenient not to mention the savings on payroll.

When I got home to weight my Flower i was missing a .8 from each bottle

Quality is good. Long wait time. Lack of product variety and availability. Lack of clarity on product options for first time shoppers. Will not return.

I made an online order at 9:47am and it said it was confirmed and was being prepared at 9:57am. The app said 10-20 mins to prepare. I am now receiving my order at 11:06am after having to wait in the back for 35 mins to do a regular walk in order. I gave them another chance but not again.
