Harvest HOC - Avondale (Med/Rec)

This used to be a great spot for medical - even after rec became legal they still tried. They weren’t great with the medical stuff and should have been better trained in dealing with healthcare patients, but they tried. Then rec came and they started sucking. This place is by far the worst I’ve dealt with. When I mentioned it to an employee (they’re not bud tenders anymore) they told me it’s rec now, so medical blah, blah, blah. They mess up online orders all the time. All the time. Some will stick the right label on the wrong product thinking we won’t notice. Some make an effort to tell you they don’t have a product. Some will cancel the whole order. My last three orders were confirmed but never filled. They don’t seem to have a standard operating procedure. When it’s pointed out to the employees, they blame managers. One of the assistant managers blamed her screw up on new management. I’m going to take their word for it. It’s the people who took over good dispensaries around town and turned them into Harvest HOC. Seriously. They finally get to run legal weed businesses and this is how they do it. Awful. They’re that one jerkoff in school who pinched, shorted and acted like a*******. I’m done.

poor quality flower. Their top shelf is not top shelf quality. Sold me a cartridge that would not work and did not care to make it right. Never going back.

I love the fact that they always complete they're tasks with respect to the customer. I like being treated like I own a quarter of Arizona's real estate......Lol! They are all winners in my book!

My 1st time here and I felt they did a great job of making sure people were social distancing. I have Lupus so it is VERY important when picking up my online order for a place to try to keep people inside waiting at a minimum. Bud tender was awesome and took extra time to answer my questions and explain the difference in a product I was curious about. I will definitely visit again.

Valley of the Sun has officially become my baby. I honestly haven't bought from q nother dispensary in a while. They have the greatest carts and pre rolls! They actually have carts with flavor! I love the staff and atmoshphere better than any other place... Thank you vots for the great meds!

My first time visit there was Wednesday. When I got there I met their security Matt. He was super cool and helped familiarize me with the menu. Austin was my Budtender and he was very informed and filled me in on their products and specials. I'll definitely be back. Shout out to Matt and Austin - you guys are awesome!!
