Harvest HOC - Avondale (Med/Rec)

I used to go here every week for years but they recently raised their prices on flower significantly by about 25% on their House tier. With this change it puts them in the same price tier as other dispensaries but Harvest's flower quality just is not as good as those other dispensaries. I have tried flower from their Reserve and Premium tier and can say it's slightly better than their House tier and not worth the extra cash. They do have really good first time patients deals so you can check it out for yourself but for now I'm trying other dispensaries.

When I woke up today I was feeling very fatigued and nauseous, not to mention the Arizona sun beaming down on me did not help any. Upon walking into Harvest of Avondale i was completely extinguished with icy cool winds, this was my first sign of relief. My next sign of relief was being greeted with a beautiful personality of the bud tender named Alexiis. She is very outgoing, up-beat, and all around people person. She treated me like a person not a customer and that Means the most to me. She had some excellent recommendations. This girl really knows her stuff. I went home very very happy. In conclusion I WILL BE RETURNING. Thanks once again harvest of Avondale and Alexis ;)

this is a reflection of corporate management not the staff itself, They no longer do happy hour as of now, which was a great incentive for me to spend $100 every time i went in. guess that's what you get when big corporations want more profits!

I tried to order from here pickup, they quoted me like 180 minutes which is like... what? So I called to confirm that's an accurate estimate and they were pretty rude and short with me. So I waited about an hour to see if they'd fill the order and they didn't so I canceled. I can't fathom 180 minutes to put things in bags, and then to be a jerk about it when someone politely asks if that ridiculous estimate is accurate. I don't think I missed out on anything by canceling my order haha in fact I'm glad I didn't have to talk to that unpleasant lady. If she's reading this, I know the text alert will tell me when it's ready, you don't need to explain that to me like I'm a child I'll literally just drive 5 mins down the road to a dispensary that takes 10 mins to fill the order and sells a 25 dollar eighth of stuff that isn't all one weird brand. More importantly those people will be nice to me if I have a question because I wasn't mean to you lady.

Thay are very busy, so wait times are crazy. Regardless, I make it a point to be patient and relax, Amanda makes it all worth while. She is an amazing budtender! Thank you so much for all your help!!

This was the worst medical marijuana I have ever purchased I know weed and this was dry and the taste was badd this location is in the middle of nowhere and the taste of flower ,no good.

location is close to me. Good quality for pricing. they also have a wide variety of products to choose from.

Placed order online at 5:40 pm an they closed at 8. They cancelled my order at 7:55 smh

Only been here a few times.. Wasn't really impressed with their customer service, weed, or prices. I think it absolutely crazy that they are charging 60 dollars for an eighth weed as well.....

never have any medical size doses of edibles. they don't have stock of stuff but leave it on their Leafly for people to waste time and go down there only to walk away empty handed. I e. they were out of any medical size wana products on a special promotion day but yet still on Leafly l, 3 Rd time in 2 weeks this happened to me. bullshit lazy

Place is clean, nice people simple facts is overpriced, flower choices aren’t that great, deals aren’t really deals like I said over priced , flower in general isn’t that great over all 3 stars but other places aren’t that great either some are just the same. Disagree if you want matter is people hate the truth lol

Very unorganized. Clearly not ready for the overhaul of people with no medical card. I put in an order at 8 am and back to back days they confirmed and cancelled at 8 pm when they closed.

Horrible customer service no disrespect to the females who work at this location but y’all don’t know nothing about cannabis. Seems like just reading the label and offering product without knowing what it actually is or does

This manager was sending my bf “her manager” her nude pictures and videos without him asking for them. She kept begging him sleep with her until he did and was sleeping with the other manager Anthony for 3 years all while he has a family at home. She’s still works for this place/ Staff is all gross she gave him an std and still employeed be sure to wave hi. Watch out for giving your personal information the staff looks it up and passes your number address around and gives out your private information. This place makes marijuana look bad.

Used to be my go-to spot before they raised their prices. When I inquired about the increase, the front desk had been instructed to tell patients that this location is no longer wholesale. With more dispensaries opening up on the west side, and given how out there this location is, I won’t be going back

this particular dispensary does not sell grams nor pre rolls. So don't bother wasting your time. Also there prices are ridiculously expensive here. And there bud isn't that great either by the way.

buds have a terrible after taste. not sure if it is because of a chemical flush during growth, but the thc quality is low and i was not happy with this dispensary.

Great quality bud but their first time pt special is misleading. It says on Monday’s you can get bogo on ANY 3 items so I saved up my allotment to get bogo on three quarters but then I get there and they said you can only do a bogo on each TYPE of item (flower, edible, etc.) so that was really annoying. Also the wait time is excessive and the bud is on a shelf a few feet away and they just ask you what you want so it’s really hard to see.

so I called to inquire about the freeproll for a review that you submit and Tabatha answered the phone. She told over the phone that it was correct that they did give a free preroll with a review and you can do this twice a week. When I got there, some new girl (sorry for not getting your name) was helping me and told something completely different. She said that you had to buy something in order to receive a free preroll. So, she played the "I'm new here card" even though I've seen her before for more than month and went and grabbed Tabatha. And she starts telling me the same thing that I had to purchase something in order to get the free preroll. I told here that that was completely false. In the past I gotten free preroll from Josh and Jordan and the other girl with glasses and not once did they ever mention about having to buy something. I mentioned to her that I had just gotten off the phone with her and that she did not mention at all that I had to buy something. She quickly started fumbling her words and said that ," that was incorrect and I had to buy something. I really like this place and the flowers, but If I'm going to be lied to and have my time wasted... I rather go somewhere else. So which one is it? Do you have to buy something or not to receive a free preroll with a review?
