my first two visits i enjoyed my experience overall Bud tenders were super helpful and that encouraged me to come back on this visit not so much I was helped by a lady Who Was Not only unfriendly rude and sarcastic no thank you there's too many pot shops in town to have to deal with that kind of attitude I'll be shopping somewhere else now I know why people talk about the customer service here being so poor perfect example! i try not to judge until it happens to me & it did... now i know better!

Great place! Awesome deals and great products. I absolutely love this place! My new favorite store. Jonathan there is a master budtender and can handle any questions you throw at him, great guy! All together a great store. Its surely takes the top of the list.

I have used Green Collar since they opened up, and generally they are my "normal" source unless they are super-busy, which happens at certain times. Good prices and a really large selection, larger sizes as well plus a loyalty program...what's not to like?

I just got a gram of lazy bee purple Trainwreck crumble (not to be confused with the indica Dom. purple Trainwreck OG)and it's like being high for the first time again. they're all natural outdoor grown and the THC is only coming in at 63% but it knocks you out of reality real quick.... it's $35g at emerald leaves.

I had frequented this Shop for over a year, but due to new Management and my Visit TODAY, I will NOT Return. I advise you take your money to one of the other ~10 establishments along Pacific Avenue. Now that the People that made this place GREAT are gone, there isn't really a point in shopping here. The deals and quality of Product have declined, as well as Point System; not to Mention the Managements Customer Service skills are atrocious with MEDICAL PAITENTS. This is not a Medically endorsed establishment, but when working at a Marijuana Shop, I personally feel as the Management should at least have decent Customer Service skills, and not be combative when asked a question about how they have changed operations. I would have had no problem continuing my purchases here in the future IF I was received and spoken to differently by the Manager, but it seemed she cared more about arguing than keeping a Customer happy, or even wanting them to return ever again. I was made so uncomfortable by this women, and I believe you should never feel this way in this type of establishment, especially for asking a question, regardless if they couldn't make happen what I was asking, there is a way to Professionally respond to a Customer, and this was not done Today.

I go to this location for one thing only but yet it seems that as of late their ability to control the stock on said item is lacking

This despensary is by far the best in Pierce county , there music is always on point, the workers are very friendly and helpful, they have amazing strains for all kinds of stoned you wanna feel, they know alot about there products, there deals are on point, I recommend this dispensary to all my friends and family hell people I don't even know, if you haven't been here you need to get your ass down there you will be very satisfied 😇😇😇👌👌👌❤❤❤

I was a regular customer at this location, but went in there tonight and asked for the wrong thing because it was mislabelled on YOUR menu. I bought 1/2oz of Sour Tsunami which is labelled on your menu as 24.1% THC 16.3% CBD. I got home and pulled out a little card on the package and it said 1.90% THC, so I did not open it, got back in my car, and drove back. It had been like 15 minutes since I was in the store. The chick refused to let me make an exchange, on something YOU GUYS mislabelled. That is $130 worth of weed I might as well flush down the damn toilet. You lost a loyal customer over a dumb policy. $130 is a lot of money. That was just wrong!!

This is by far the best dispensary I have ever been to. And, I know I am not the only one. When I first started coming here it was fairly quiet. Over the last year or so, it has become the busiest dispensary around. They blow everywhere else right out of the water. Friendly staff that KNOW their stuff, they are always willing to answer questions and take their time to help you. Even if it is packed. A huge selection of quality product, that is also very economically priced. I will not go to another dispensary. Even though we recently moved to Auburn, I am willing to drive the extra miles to get the quality service and best prices around! Thank you Green Collar.

Literally I drove about an hour out of my way to come look at their product since most of the producers are being sold pretty cheap compared to my regular retail store, and talk about WOW. The young gentleman who helped my friend and I was so patient, helpful, and unlike some other places my friend and I frequent, they actually divided their attention to both of us! The manager working was funny but you could tell she was also looking out for the employees as well. Great stock, cheapest prices I've seen on some of the top shelf growers, I'll literally come again and just stock up! This place is AMAZEBALLS
