I have been going here since they opened my buddy and I were one of their first customers...but today I am sad too say I probably won’t be going back unless it’s a last resort...I received some medicine and to my utter amazement it was chucked stuffed with seeds....not too sure what is going on...

I've been to this place during the pandemic, and only done curbside pickup. First, they always call if they're out of something when I order online. Great customer service! Second, the selection of concentrates is awesome, and my product is always handled, and packaged with care. Curbside is always thorough. Quality of product is awesome, and I would, and already have, recommended this dispensary to friends! Love this place!

Normally I love this shop and would recommend them without a second thought, but today's prepacks of Cherry OG were pretty much dust; not a single bud to be seen. I will be avoiding all prepacks in the future.

After taking a few moments since going to this location earlier today, I feel that feedback needs to be left for the leadership team based on todays experience. On 4/3/18, I went to purchase a cartridge as my wife and I as I do regularly and made a mistake with my selection that i did not realize until later in the evening. I decided to call this morning to see what options were available since I needed a specific cartridge. After explaining to the receptionist my error (which I clearly took accountability for) I asked if it would be allowed for me to bring the unopened and unused item back to exchange for one that I had originally needed to purchase. She said that would be "ok" and i said awesome. Once I got to the store and was getting ready to exchange (As that was the expectation set on my call with the receptionist) I was then advised that exchanges can only be completed for defective cartridges. This was very dissappointing because had that been communicated or explained to me on the phone, I would not have taken time out of my day to go back to complete the exchange for the situation I was in. Up until today, all store interactions have been outstanding which makes it difficult for me to write this review/feedback. Due to being mislead, I'm at a loss for words and have shared with my wife that we need to consider taking our business to a store where set/communicates customer expectations will be honored as that is a key component to ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Budtender was short, and I don't mean height. Asked for a cartridge to help with sleep. He brought down 3. Asked if one was better than the other and what the differences were (3 different brands, names, etc.) and he said "Nope. They're all the same." And left us to pick one. We are sorry we took him away from whatever it was that he wanted to be doing instead of helping us.

Decent selection and prices. There is always at least one strain on sale. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Love this place. Drive thru is the future and I hope they keep it past covid. Thanks for awesome dank stuff GreenMart!

Whenever I shop at Green Mart, I am always impressed with the quality of the products and the friendly service from the staff.

I love the curbside pick up. I use it all the time but hurt myself recently and it came in clutch. Sam helped me out and she was great.
