I’ve been to this dispensary so many times and have dropped hundreds of dollars in this store... so I was completely shocked when I was treated like crap because I asked the employee to repeat herself 3 times. I have an issue hearing, so continuing to ask gets frustrating. But even more so when it seems like the employee just doesn’t care. She kept turning her head away and never once tried to remove her mask so I could hear her a little better. I was told to leave when I asked to look at the shatter and lifted it to look. I was told I was being rude and that I was not allowed to come back. Don’t worry though, I won’t be back as your employees were incredibly rude and snatched the shatter from my hand. I also will not be recommending anyone go here anymore. Those I have recommended also won’t be coming in anymore. Your employees are rude and should be trained in better customer service. What if I was a 90 year old woman who couldn’t hear? Would you have been that rude to her? Probably not, I hope you enjoy your lack of business though. Because we absolutely will not be back.

I used to go to this shop all. the. time. before I moved to Cali for medical treatments. I recently moved back to Portland post-treatment, and I was so excited to go back to my Go-To dispensary! Oh Boy! Was I disappointed. I don't know ANYONE there, at all! After some calling around I found out that Amethyst left a couple of years ago and Dani, Kary, and Simone are all gone too. I miss those guys like crazy! The store is totally different now and has a divey/grungy vibe now instead of the bright and welcoming vibe it had when I was a regular. The budtender was rather moody and not very helpful but I did end up finding something that would work for me. I remember there being such a great selection of flower and joints and now it just seems a bit sloppy. I work downtown now so I wont be back here. It's not bad I guess, but it is definitely not my shop any more. Too bad. There was so much potential here when they opened and they had such a great staff back then. Sad Panda.

I have been waiting and waiting for this place to open. I have been here several times since it has opened and I can't be happier. The quality is great, customer service is great, prices are great! I have found my new favorite dispensary! It's close to home and I have never had to wait in a line!!!

Hands down the best dispensary in Gresham. Prices are awesome and I actually feel like I'm getting a great deal. The place is open and full of light. The staff is amazing and take care of me and they are very knowledgeable. They have a great location. I would recommend this place. Dani is very helpful and very knowledgeable.

I am absolutely impressed with this dispensary! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, and they carry cartridges that aren’t carried anywhere else in the Portland area. I was excited to try something new, and I have been pleasantly surprised by how great the product is! You HAVE to go and check this place out! Very reasonable prices and no pretentious sales tactics!!

This shop is beautiful and the staff is so friendly! No pretentious sales people and it feels comfortable and welcoming. These guys are new but have a great selection and really know their stuff. Keep your eyes on this place! They have what it takes!

first I called to see what kind of dabs they had because I was a half hr Walk from the dispensary. The dude that answered was super short and acted like he didn’t wanna give me information about the dabs. Kept suggesting that I come in to look at the product myself. I didn’t want to walk 36 minutes both ways to end up buying something I could’ve boughten for same price at closer dispensary. Anyways the guy said that the dabs started at $12. Ended up walking there and then dude said the dabs started out at $13. I asked if that was with tax included and he said yes. Choose the dabs I wanted and then at the register he ended up trying to charge me $14. Bad customer service over the phone then I’m also being lied to about the price of the product

Katie took great care of us. I like that they weigh the product in front of you, and use simple packaging. This keeps the price down since you’re not paying for fancy jars or containers. Friendly service, good prices and daily deals, excellent product. You’ve GOT to try the Sundae Driver strain. This is going to be my neighborhood cannabis shop.
