Higher Leaf Bellevue - Factoria

I really love the Factoria green-theory location for a lot of reasons. They have a huge selection, the quality and options are awesome,and the deals are the best! I make a point to come to this shop, which is 15 to 20 minutes out of my way, because of how much I love Kelly and RJ. Every time I walk in the door and see Kelly she just puts a smile on my face instantly. And RJ has never steered me wrong and is always so on point with his recommendations and reviews. The staff can make or break anyone's expierence!!

This place is way overpriced! Last time I went in I asked if they had anything under twenty dollars and the answer was no. I recommend that if you live in Bellevue shop at the Novel Tree they are low priced and competitive.

I can always tell upon entering if a location feels clean or not. I could tell this store was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and greeted me with smiles. A woman budtender (I didn't catch her name) helped me find what I was looking for and helped me get the most bang for my buck within the budget I was willing to spend. I ended up walking out with my traditional Northern Lights (which came in an amazing glass jar) and some Plushberry. Great selection of indica for you indica fans like me. Prices were reasonable as well. Décor was on point.

don't shop here. they charge twice as much as the other bellevue recreational shop.

Friendly, knowledgeable, easy-going staff, with a huge variety of strains! Plus, I love that they update their online menu, and list the effects of each strain!

Comfortable and casual. As a rookie, I felt as ease asking questions while not feeling rushed.

I went into this local retail pot shop for my first time and for the most part had a good experience minus the pricing (not out the door price). When I went in, I didn't have cash on hand and "Sean R" helped me and said that they accept card. My overall purchase (after state tax, local and excise tax) was $70.00. However, when I checked my bank to match my receipts when going through checks and balances, not only did THEY CHARGE $71.50 TO MY BANK (as an ATM fee, mind you and I did NOT use an ATM) but my bank charged me a $2.50 ATM BANK FEE. I was grateful that my bank had credited me back the $2.50 but WHAT THE HECK? While this shop does (most of the time) have nice quality flowers, the prices (even when discounted) are still higher than other places! The shop itself is larger compared to other places, but due to that not as intimate. There are other stores on the east side such as (Issaquah Cannabis Co.) that have a MUCH larger strain selection of top-shelf product at a warranted price!

Clean, welcoming, well run shop. Reasonable prices (for recreational). knowledgeable staff. parking can be a challenge. Very short wait.

do not come here. take the trek to renton, i go all the way to everett. these guys have some brands here that i have found in renton and everett. in Everett its $8.50 a gram, rentons is $10, green theory is a ridiculous $25-$40 per gram. ull save money even if u drive to everett. ridiculous. why is it like this? black market/everett/renton here we come. so stupid.

Couldn't have asked for a better first time in a Recreational store! Such a beautiful layout and I was fortunate to have a funny guy named Dan help me out. Walked out with a great 1/8th of bud a reasonable price and was very happy with the smoke when I got home. Definitly would recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable atmosphere to shop in.

I came into this shop for the first time recently and its the first cannabis shop I've been to so I was a little nervous. I liked the vibe that the whole place gave off in general and the employees all seemed happy to help you with whatever it was you needed. I worked with Daniel on what I wanted and learned a lot about different kinds of strains and what to get for what you want. Daniel had a lot of knowledge to offer on the product and made me feel at home while inside the shop. Would definitely recommend coming back just because of that experience! Customer service is very important in this industry so that you know what you're getting, (highly) recommend this shop and their employees.

I have purchased from green-theory many times, recently I choose to get some buds from this location despite the late hour and several (closer I might add) other options available. After pulling up 10 minutes before closing, we pulled up and parked. We saw a silver car stalled and were unsure about what they were doing. As we walked up to the store, inside were two female employees, one waving us off. Usually I spend a few hundred a visit, (never less than a $100 and this can be verified by my account with them) Even though we knew exactly what we wanted ~$250 and would have been in and out before their ACTUAL closing time. Will not make the mistake of coming here while those two are working this shop. While not my #1 I will still shop at the spring district’s shop

Unfriendly but knowledgable

This is my go-to shop! Autumn was my budtender & did an excellent job explaining the various items & specials. I've been to Green Theory 4x (whenever I fly into WA) & always have a great experience. Staff is helpful & fun to interact with. I also enjoy that there is a female budtender every time & that the wait time is minimal (plenty of staff on hand).

I was incorrectly informed by a ill-trained employee about the return policy. I told her a wasn't sure that the cartridges they offer are the right size or would fit in the new vape pen I just bought. She assured me I could return it if it didn't fir right. I then returned 3 days later expecting to return it, because it didn't fit, but then was told by a manger that they don't do that. He gave me no refund but only a 20 percent discount. on my next purchase...that does not make up for the $45 I spent on that cartridge. I hope they train employees better in the future.

I asked for a hard hitting indica and the budtender pointed at the display case and said, "that's fire". He went right back to looking at his phone. Thanks dog, I'm sure it is. Never going back.

I've been in a lot of different stores and everyone has always so nice and helpful.....until I came here. The gentleman that helped me was very dismissive and not at all helpful (and I didn't like the stuff he recommended at all) I was also really disappointed that the prices don't include tax. I thought I was getting a decent deal until I was charged $33 for tax. this store seems to be more pricey than any of the stores too. I will not go back, there are too many better choices around here😊

I specifically go out of my way to drive from Seattle to Bellevue to purchase from Joel at Green Theory. The selection is very good and its a warm and inviting environment. I like that Green Theory also offers glassware as well.

My first visit to the Factoria location, my google maps had some difficulty directing me but I finally found them tucked behind the McDonald’s. Good thing I stopped for lunch. As for the new layout, it lacks the coffee shop feel of the old store replacing it with a Factoryline display shuffling customers from one end of the store to the other. I was relieved to see they still have some topshelf growers like FireBros and Royal Tree but their selection seems mostly dominated by NWCS. Pleasantly surprised to find Joel still holding down the dayshift. He’s always treated me right!

I love this shop (!!!!), but had an interesting experience today that made me walk out with a purchase. It just rubbed me wrong. I will be back. That is for sure. I think the new guy needs to study a little more. Plants that produce high levels of THC express genes that code for the enzyme THCA synthase. Just came in for the first time! Bought some blue suede shoes wax and a Sasquatch Dab Bubbler which is awesome! Jason helped me out and the store and service are awesome!! Definitely coming back.

Visiting from out of town. Was greeted with a smile and knowable service. The bud-tender gave great suggestions. Great experience over all!!

I love this store. Out of the ones I've been to in the Seattle area, it's the nicest, most comfortable, largest selection, and most knowledgeable staff. I cannot recommend this place enough.
